Billalike is one of my favourite website for shopping online. They always deliver products before time. All dresses purchased so far were made of high quality fabric. I am looking for a valentine gift for my girlfriend and “Billalike” will be the perfect place for that. They have some cool collection in new arrivals. Definately going to purchase some dresses soon.

The clothes on this site are absolutely appalling and look nothing like they do in the pictures. The quality of material is poor and so is the fit. I sent the whole order back to CHINA not USA (as you would think from the site) at the beginning of November 2018, at my expense to prove a point. I still have not had my refund, and despite sending them a photo of my post office receipt, they are STILL saying they have not received my parcel. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS...to avoid extreme disappointment!!

I have officially been SCAMMED!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered an Item, THEY TOOK MY MONEY OF COURSE.....told me it shipped VIA DHL....IT NEVER DID ACCORDING TO DHL.
Then they told me that someone signed for it....whoever that was.
Bottom line.....If you purchase, be ready to not receive it.
You will get emails from them saying "Sorry" but that's about it.
Super Angry and Disappointed.
One thing I definitely need to add...THEY CAN CHOKE ON MY MONEY!

Don’t bother ordering from this company terrible material takes months to come then doesn’t fit I measured myself and followed their size guide which meant I was 3 times extra large when I received my dress it was at least 6 sizes to small.. didn’t even fit a normal size 8 Aus. I sent an email to return and it would have cost me more than the original price to return so threw it in the bin so disappointing

His company sold me a coat the coat did not look like the picture arms were by elbow instead of long coat it came to my hip and the material was thin and terribly made .I paid 56 dollars waited 7 wks ..there reply was we send you a £15 coupon I paid £57 this is 2bd time they sent a awful item they need reporting I will report them very rude reply PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROMTJESE COMPANYS ONLINE WHEN ITS SO EASY FOR THEM TO NOT REFUND THERE SO FAR AWAY WERE AT A LOSS O CALL I HAVE ASKED FOR ADDRESS 7 TIMES TO SEND ITEM BACK THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME ADDRESS

Really it’s zero stars. I purchased 2 items 5 months ago. I never received them and never received a refund. They answer my email inquiries saying sorry and that I will receive a refund. But they are scammers. Don’t buy on their site!!!

Terrible experience, i purchased a fur coat for 70$ they sent me wrong item which was not even similat to what i choose. The qouality of the coat and the look is awful . The shipping took for ever , and the customer service sucks, they don’t ever care . Never buy anything from them , it’s absolutely scam . I m trying to sue them , don’t be a victim .

What an awful experience and lost money. Avoid Avoid Avoid! They did not send the full order and won’t refund me unless I close my PayPal dispute. Once you close the dispute you cannot reopen it. 12 times they asked me to do this! The 2 items they did send are far too short and don’t look like the pictures. I’m only 5’4”. If I want to return them I have to pay up front for postage. I don’t want to risk losing any more money.

This company is a scam, order a sweater my granddaughter for Christmas back in October. Received an email some time later to say it was on the way. No tracking details available. No product received, they take your money and don't supply the goods. I am now very wary of ordering anything on line. ROGUES....🤢🤢🤢🤢

My order took forever to arrive. When it did no invoice or information on how to return. Sent several emails for return information never received. Scam company never buy anything from them.

I ordered a dress. When it arrived I figured out about the bad quality. It was actually plastic. After contacting the company we agreed on sending it back and they'll refund the money. What happened: I sent the dress back and never got the refund. I wrote several emails but from that moment on only the same stupid auto-message came back. Haven't got my money back after 7 months now.

These people are scum they sell substandard garments which are nothing like the advertisement and when you complain they tell you to keep the rubbish they send you and offer less than half of what you pay

Been waiting since Nov 2018. Numerous emails to and from them. Non registered tracking number given to me. Told me to contact TNT, Express post and australia post office they couldnt give me a direct answer in who the shipping /deliver company was. No refund. They then sent email sayind that there was a problem with delivery...this is 3mths later and all the stress and emails... they stated they will send out again. Never received anything. When i emailed them I GOT THE SAME email i received when my first package didnt arrive. Ive notified Shopify where Bellalike is powered by them im also contacting Facebook to flag as a SCAM online shop.

Very bad company! I ordered and paid many thinks and never arrived to me!! They didnt answer me in my mails!!very bad service! They cheet me! Stealers!!!!

Do not order from bellalike. I have Been waiting on a refund for 6 weeks. I waited 3 weeks for my items and they never came so i asked For a refund I’m sure I’ll never see. This website is a complete SCAM!!!

I ordered a Christmas gift in November. They will not respond to multiple emails asking where my order is. This customer service and communication is some of the worst I have seen. I suspect that I will not have the item by Christmas and will struggle to get the item or a refund. I truly question the legitimacy of this company!

This is a fraudulent website. Currently moving forward with a lawsuit to ensure they get shut down and stop scamming shoppers into buying there incredibly fabricated clothing. DO NOT make the same mistake I did.

My experience was ordering a coat through their website bellalike.com. I should've realized something fishy, seeing i'm a regular online shopper and they disabled "reviews" through their website (this is always a RED FLAG)
The photo they advertise is of a beautiful model wearing a QUALITY coat that's stitched well and has a great fit. I ordered it, expecting the coat to look exactly like the product they advertise, paid $45.

Everything goes downhill after this, 2 months later, I receive what I initially thought was mistake. I can describe the trash that they sent, but it's going to be very hard, hopefully I get the option to post some photos in this review, it was a paper-thin jacket, material was this disgustingly itchy and 'lint-sticking'. There was literally a STAIN on the jacket, not sure how they got that, maybe someone in China wore it before I got a chance(?). The stitching on the arms and buttons was literally the worst i've ever seeing, everything went "sideways" and the silky like fabric on the inside of the coat was stitched over the button holes... not sure how they expect someone to "button up". The entire jacket was made completely different, then what was advertised in their photo. I immediately put it on and took some photos to send them when requesting my refund. As I put it on, I felt like I was trying on a life-size paper bag, no curve, no fit, no quality, no design, nothing. Literally, just blew $45 on this piece of junk.

After emailing them disappointment along with countless photos. They responded with a great offer of crediting my account $10 or $12 (not sure why anyone would be choosing between these 2 options) so I can spend on future purchase. I burst into laughter. Are these people complete morons? I responded. They emailed back saying they have an option "B" where I can pay for shipping and they'll refund my money once they get their item back. At first I was puzzled wondering why they would want me to send this trash back to them and waste more shipping costs.. ? then it dawned on me, they'll be sending it to the next customer.

I ordered a range of items - the first couple came and the sizing varied massively, the fabrics were low quality/cheap and they looked nothing like the photos. They emailed me to say my other items were delayed and so I contacted them to ask for a refund - i did not want to spend a $100 or so on more items that I would give straight to charity. They suggested I wait for the items and give them away! I said I don't want to spend money on new things to charity shops and they are too bad to give to friends; so they agreed on a refund. This was 7 months ago. I mail them every 6 weeks or so and they say be patient or use it as a credit and i still have nothing. I suggest you do not use this company

Please do not order from this site i been waiting since oct 18th for my order to come you all need to tell PayPal and your bank they will look further into it I have and I also been in touch with f.book they have had so many complaints so do this and help us all further but please for ones who have ordered do not ok ..
