Worst company ever. Ordered chunky jumper. Waited weeks then a rag arrived.
Totally false selling and advertising. Wanted my money back and they offered, £7.
Wish I could attach pic of what they sent.
Please don't order from this company should be shut down. Don't know how they get away with this

Horrible, BUT there is HELP!!! After writing my review one week ago, I did some serious investigation and got to the bottom of this situation and found the flagship company. It has SEVERAL patents holding on little companies like this one that are scamming people all over the country. After several communications and honest intentions I checked my account, low and behold...despite the 'fact' that it was last year (6/2018) that all this happened they could no longer help me, besides they no longer had access to my account information...I discovered a refund for the exact amount. Hmmmmm....how is that possible....unless...hmmmm. I am not sure to do this, but if you want YOUR money back, just for the principle and the cash LOL, somehow respond to this review and I will send you the information I have. I want them to stop scamming people!!!!!! Help me to do this!!!!

Three months ago ordered pullover- received nothing and money for my account is gone. Bandits!!

I think this company needs looking into paid with paypal thenBellalike told me to close my action with paypal and they would give me a refund well has anyone received a refund ? The jumper is of terrible quality just don't buy from this company it is cheap Chinese rubbish its like a piece of rag DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY please

If there was an option for minus 5 stars ,I would have picked that! This company falsely advertises products they don’t sell and they give you fake return addresses! Do not buy anything from this company, I did and I regret it immensely!!

Scam!
This company sends you only rubbish and takes a lot of money. If you wonna send it back, they only accept the most expensive way to send it. The result: nobody will send it back.
They earn their money with really bad stuff, which one nobody really needs. The clothes doesn't look like all the pics in the internet!
So, be carefully. My recommendation for everybody: hold your money, spend it in Europe or give it to somebody, who needs help.

They prices are super cheap, would the products be what they look like in their photos.
In their defence, everything I ordered arrived, but it took over 3 months, it was badly made, of pathetic quality, sad looking somehow, and definitely not like it was portrayed in the photo. I am a crappy sewer, but even I could do a better job. :(
I am thinking that this company would like to break into the western market, and that they have sewing patterns that they use, and once you order, then they try to put it together. And then of course it takes forever to get it out of China. My order has been sitting in transit for weeks.
I also wonder whether these items are made by children. From the way the packages arrives to what's in it, the thought that comes to mind is just "sad". I should have used the money I spent on a good cause instead. Like the food bank, for instance.

Bought a shirt from them. It was not the right color sent and M was like X- Small. Very poor Customer Service. Impossible to return. Wanted me to keep and credit me $7 on $30.00 shirt. Even though they shipped wrong color also wanted me to pay return shipping. Would never recommend!

I paid £25 for a hooded jumper that appeared lovely and chunky in the picture, I ordered a size M, bigger than my usual S as I wanted a loose fit....
I can’t even get the hood on my head - it’s extremely thin, more like a rag than a garment or a jumper that’s been ruined on a 90*wash...the sleeves are too short, it’s only fit for a clothing bin or a ten year old to play in garden!
I requested a returns label and they asked me to send them pictures!!!
I have still had NO success with returning it for a refund ..

I bought a coat from this company which looked nothing like what it did in the photos - BE CAREFUL!!! Then it cost me £13 to send it back, and took me weeks to get my re-fund. i had to contact Paypal to open a dispute to get my money back. From my experience, I would NOT recommend buying from this company.

Never ever shop from this company they we're to refund from items from six weeks ago and I never received any money just excuses and more excuses it's not hard to make a refund so people listen and shop elsewhere I think they are a pure scam !!!!!

I ordered a top from them. It took over a month to receive. Finally got it and it was horrible! The stitching was a hot mess and it was nothing like described. They want metopay return shipping to China for a refund. Their customer service is the worst. $40 spent on a piece of fabric.

I purchased a sweater for Thanksgiving. It was supposed to be about 15 days before I got it. Well after one month I got it. It was nothing like the picture. Piece of crap. Don't buy from this company. You'll be sorry.

The jumper looked nothing like the picture advertised. The quality is cheap and nasty and its very poorly made. Id never recommend this site.

I have requested a refund and will pursue this via pay pal.

Do NOT buy from this scam of a company!! Absolutely raging. Spent £30 back in mid October on a jumper I thought looked nice, it never arrived or was even dispatched so after a few complaints decided to just cancel the order all together as it was a massive waste of £30, they are still REFUSING to give me my refund, trying to fob me off saying their ‘systems have just been updated’ and trying to get me to choose something else or offer me discount codes when I have explained numerous times I do not want anything from them aside from my refund. They are now ignoring my emails all together. I am furious that absolute scam websites like this still exist and am now having to go down the fraud route with my bank to attempt to salvage my money. Do NOT waste your money and time on these scammers.

Wouldn't give them one star but had to give something.....not received my order from 2 months ago....i emailed them only for fanny wang to reply and say it was delivered 3 weeks ago and wasn't their problem now it was my local post offuces problem.......DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Order took about month, the quality and sizing of items were horrible. Customer service is a joke. They told me in order for them give refund I had to close my dispute with PayPal.

Totally scam ordered a jumper it arrived finally and yes nothing like the picture at all and the arms are from a childs jumper, wafer think and he guess what they don't answer your emails either, Disgusting this site should be shut down will definately be contacting trading standards about this farce, false advertising

DO NOT BUY!!

I Would NOT buy anything from them again. It took forever for them to ship my item. Once the item was delivered the seams were completely shredded and they said that the only way i could get money back minus shipping is if I pay to ship it back. I already paid for shipping the first time and its their business' fault that it needs returned due to the condition they sent it. They are very unprofessional and their quality is awful.
