Item never arrived and no refund or help given! AVOID!
Told my item has been delivered via gps however I was out all day and my item never came and was not there when I arrived home. No customer service or help to try and resolve just snotty comments to say it’s been proven to be delivered. Disgraceful service do not use I never received my item or a refund.

Hi! I am sorry you feel that way. I received several rude emails from yourself and always remained professional. I refunded you your shipping for next day due to Hermes having a delay not myself. I also replied to every email within an hour even when they was extremely rude. Your item was proven it has been delivered via Hermes gprs tracker at your door however as I explained if you can not find the item and can’t get help with Hermes please let me know.
