I have ordered from here before and was pleased with my tights. I ordered another most recently but the colour did not suit me so I emailed for a refund or exchange for a different pair. They mention a price for replacement pair which I agreed to. I have been emailing back and forth and getting the same responses saying you will be sent an invoice and new pair will be sent out to you. It’s been weeks now and still waiting on the invoice/ reply. After reading these reviews it seems they do this on purpose and don’t care about their customers. I will AVOID in the future and doubt I will get my refund !!!!!!

Ordered at the beginning of Sept. Multiple communications back and forth with them continuing to promise my order is coming. It's now November and the most recent tracking they gave me is an invalid number. I've asked three times for them to issue a refund and they keep saying it's coming. Waste of money and time.

I wanted to return my leggings but customer service has not replied to my emails. It sounds like I am not the only one. I do not recommend buying from them.

I received my nylons which I did not like. I sent an email to their customer support as per their website. I received a response asking me to send a picture, which I did. I have been emailing them every day with no response back.

I'd give a zero if it was an option. Total scam, product never arrives. Tried to get me to withdraw my dispute of the charge and said they were sending me a replacement pair. Never received the fake 'replacement' either.

Never received item! Do not order. Scam company!!

Ordered an item on 12/7/24. As of this writing it's 12/28/24. I have not received it and the tracking stopped on 12/20/24. I've emailed them 3 times with no response. This is a scam company from China. I was unaware it was a Chinese company. I'm going to try to see if my bank will allow me to dispute the charge but if not I'm out $70.

Edit: It is now 1/8/25 and I still haven't received these items. Their tracker updated but since 1/1/25 this supposed package has gone between Chicago and Indianapolis 5 times. I've requested a refund. We'll see where this goes.
Edit#2: Finally received my purchase. Ordered on 12/7/24 received on 1/21/25. 8 weeks. Never again.

The company claims to have a Refund policy and that you just need to contact support at an email address provided on their website to request a return. I have tried to contact them multiple times using this email address and receive no response, so there is no way to return the product. Do not waste your money!!

No customer service, so you cant return. Poor quality, sized wrong. What a waste.

I have waited around a month for my order and have received nothing.
I also had my bank details stolen and $400 stolen! It has to be them as I haven’t used my card elsewhere.

We absolutely love our fleece lined leggings, my daughter and I. There was a huge and confusing mix up with the local couriers and bellattheball went above and aboard while staying in regular contact to make sure I received the package, even resending another package. We are very thankful and loving winter with these extremely comfortable leggings.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Their sizing is incorrect and so I bought an item that didn't fit. I have been trying for almost 3 months to return it, they barely reply to my emails, but when they do we just end up going back and forth. I have wasted over £30 on an item that doesn't fit and is no good to me and that I can't return. They've offered for me to pay more and they'll send a replacement and initially I agreed but still nothing has been sorted out and I am DONE. What a time and money waster.

This company is a scam from China. They send you inferior products that do not fit and then make it impossible to return them. You have to send an email to their support address just to request the address to return the items to, then you get no response for weeks with the clock ticking on their '30 day money back guarantee'. If you do get a response with the return address (I only got one because I disputed the charges to my credit card company), guess what, it's in China and the cost of shipping back their junk is more than what you spent on it. Then they'll get around giving you a refund another way with their statement that 'refunds will only be given on full priced items'. There is NOTHING on their website that is a full priced item.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I should have read company reviews before purchasing from this shady company. I ordered three leggings. Two of the three were defective, with non-uniform coloring and wonky seams. After five attempts to reach out to them, they finally replied and said I had to return the items to China. Return shipping is more than what I paid for the leggings! This company is a joke. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered some leggings. After more than 1 month of waiting, I messaged. It is so hard to get any reply from them, when I finally got someone after days without an update, they sent this:
"Again, I'm so sorry for the leggings you did not received. Based on your order, it appears that a return would be a more suitable option for your situation rather than a replacement."

I mean... do I need to say more?
No response from them. I have moved flat and I am unable to return any items because I never received them! I mean... you couldn't make this up. three months later, no response from them. I keep messaging and I get nothing

Update: got a refund after many emails and explanations

Horrible, do not order from this companmy. I never got my order! This was 4 months ago. I have emailed them 8 times, finally I got the charge reversed on my credit card. No phone number. Scammy resposes ( check with USPS etc.) its all BULL. Dont order from them unless you like taking chances.

Received my order after a longer period of time than was advertised. Decided I wanted to return one item and the only way to do this is through emailing customer service. Emailed several times with no responses and weeks went by. Finally received one reply with an offer to exchange the product, but no information on how to return it. When I stated I'd prefer to return it, I never received another response despite writing back multiple times again. Don't order from this company.

Like other users on here… stay away from this company. Bought thermal tights that according to their sizing chart would fit me but when I received are way too small. I have been hunting them down to get an exchange/ refund. They responded with so many excuses. I had to report them to my credit card company in order to get them to reach back out and give me an honest response to which in turn is the same as others have mentioned. they don’t offer refund until they receive the item back which is going to cost you 3 times what you paid to get them. and after inspection they will return your money. So not guaranteed, who’s not to say they’ll claim they didnt receive them or something wasn’t wrong. They have been sketchy this whole time so I wouldn’t put it past them. Do not buy not safe. You’ll regret it. It sucks companies like this exist.

I bought tights in my size but they are way too small and designed real weird (the seems dig into each butt cheek). They say they do refunds, but don't. Which means I've been tricked into feeling safe to buy something only to be stuck with something that doesn't fit and is made improperly.

Package never arrived. Followed up and keep receiving the same automated reply.
