Buyer beware when purchasing any electrical from Belleek They sent the wrong outlet plug which was a UK to America and they act like its my fault and want me go purchase an adaptor to make the luminar work.Poor customer service poor quality control the Moore Family Trust should take a look of their employees at a closer glance. I have collected Belleek Christmas decorations for over 10 years now, needing 6 of the same and now 4 of the same for each one of my sisters so we all have the same collection in memory of my Mum , Dad and sister and now brother. It's not easy getting the living collection and all the same, I will be buying straight from you now. Thank you for making online experience easy and quick to deliver. Only one year I couldn't get.

Making memories since 1875. Not! Guess they don't bother anymore. My order was cancelled today. It took them 6 days to cancel it and inform me. Then they offer me 20% of my next order. Why would I bother ordering from them again, only to be disappointed. Now I am down a christmas present which I need to sort with 3 days to go. Poor show guys.

Ordered for a secret santa and assumed since this company was based in Ireland that the item would arrive quickly, I received confirmation that the order was completed 6 days again and still no sign, I emailed 2 days ago with no response..unfortunately I ended up having to go last minute to buy something else as it didn't arrive and no response to my request to cancel
