I placed an order on November 24
I placed an order on November 24. As of today, December 6, 2018, it has not shipped. Because of that, I emailed them requesting to cancel the order and for a refund. They have not responded. I have emailed them twice since the initial request to cancel and they still haven’t responded. I called their phone number in the website, an international call since they are in China, and recieved a recording they are not open. If you are going to sell internationally, then be prepared to have hours that accommodate your international consumers. I feel like this website is nothing more than a scam. DO NOT buy from this company! I should have looked at the reviews prior to purchasing! I am disputing this charge!

This "company" is based in China
This "company" is based in China. Which I did not know. They seem shady. You cannot get through by their phone no. And they have not answered one of my emails asking about delivery. I am in the process of fighting through my credit card company. Shop else where. I'm so frustrated.
