I won’t be ordering from this company again. I placed an order a week ago (and it is the correct website) and I have only had one email to acolyte order was placed. When I rang 5 days later after no further communication from them I was informed they only pack / ship once a week to the UK and I wouldn’t hear anything from them until next Wednesday!

Hi. I'm a massive Bellerose fan and a regular customer. However, I ordered a zip-up sweatshirt the other day on the sales and, when it arrived home yesterday, I found that the fabric had previously been caught in the zip and damaged, and that the zip would no longer go all the way up... (all my previous orders have arrived in perfect condition, so this is very unusual) and I really wanted to take it on holiday with me in 3 days, so returning it didn't seem like a good option, especially as it's wearable as long as you don't try and zip it up... so I asked the Bellerose customer services team if I could get a discount on the item so I can use that money to pay to have it fixed and they have sent me a €25 voucher to cover the repair cost and the hassle, which is fantastic. I will continue buying from Bellerose just as enthusiastically as always!!! Great customer services experience! Thank you!

My experience of customer service was great, once I was able to get through —I tried different ways, someone got in touch with me and they followed up on my missing delivery. We determined it was the parcel company Evri, which in the UK is extremely unreliable.
I was reassured however that Bellerose customer service would help me, so I would say they are great, although I might think twice about ordering again if Evri is their only delivery method in the future. That would be sad, because I love everything else about Bellerose! Thank you to the customer service team there :)

POSITIVE : Parcel was quickly shipped, looked nice & the item itself was a repurchase of an earlier item (bc i really loved the first one so much :o). Obvi the item is lovely.
NEGATIVE : However, following the purchase (**After** I already paid for my item with an instant PayPal payment), i received aggressive push messages from this company in my email account that the item was still in my cart, and i needed to pay up. Think: very big lettering "FORGOT SOMETHING ?" (sic, in very oversized lettering !!! = Helvetica fontsize 60 (yes fontsize 60 ! Who does that ?!) Really... not exactly polite to the buyer (=> neither the formulation, the shouting font/ or the erroneous frights).
It simply makes you very worried something has gone wrong with your order. (Nope, it was just them.) So, I replied to this company by email to ask whether there was a problem with my PayPal payment ? (Spoiler alert: There was not.) As they never bothered to reply to my email ... I only know everything was allright as i received the parcel a few days later (after being made to bite my nails several days for nothing)... Zero communication from this company, apart from the original shouty accusations.
Note: This is not a single time occurence... You start to lose patience after it repeats itself again. After the 3rd time, i just got annoyed.
This is actually rather rude Customer Service... SHOUTING AT BUYERS, scaring them + followed by ghosting. Nice items, but really very Snooty . (The whole "you forgot to pay, b****" vibe just doesnt resonate with me.) The pleasure of buying gets overshadowed by the bad taste the interaction leaves. Wish they could get back to the more friendly laid back style of the earlier years, when just going into a store made me smile ... Miss the Bellerose version 1.00

However, “That’s not how we want to speak to you, ever” is unfortunately wrong. Right now, this IS the official Bellerose company policy. Yes, it has happened to me. It has happened repeatedly. And, if you have not actively fixed this bug (as it seems), it still remains official Bellerose policy Today, for the buyers of Today ...
Whether you as a company are okay with it/ or not, depends only on 1 thing: “Are you willing to change it?” If you are aware of it, & still choose to continue it, then it means you approve of it. If you do not approve it, then you need to act to change it... These are Your Choices.
Do not reply with random soothing words, please simply fix the bugs. Your actions speak louder than words. Please feel free to come back to this thread if/ after changes have happened.
I wrote the review not to annoy you, but to alleviate stress for buyers who like me, for days on end do not understand whether Bellerose has lost their money/ order. I mainly wish to help them to avoid needless stress.
I do at this point do not feel responsible for you. It is not my job to spend several hours documenting your own external communication choices. You should know these already. As a matter of fact, I did already did reply several times, extending the info: I did notify Bellerose privately by email (last on: 22 April 2025) of the aggressive push emails (note: even in reply to the actual message, so you had all the info of wording/ lettering size/ when the push email got triggered etc. ) As the message was sent privately, it probably got deleted by the person on the other end as it seemed the easier choice at the time. Now Bellerose is notified publicly.
Again: Whether you choose to act/ not act, once notified, is on you. The ball is in your court, not mine.
To make your buyers responsible for your Communications/ IT programming is absurd. No, i will not endlessly keep reporting the same issue over & over again to new teams, or different emails, e tc. in the vain hope something might change. You have the info on your severs, it is already send over. It is up to you now. The endless deflecting of responsibility feels so wrong.
It does come across as virtue signalling, honestly.
Thank you for replying, but unless there is some concrete action attached from your end that happens to fix the accusatory emails for buyers, just dont. It is clearer that way. Thank you again

I ordered a pair of sneakers and they arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the size was too big and I had to return them. The process was very simple and the customer service was 5*. The return was quick and so was the refund. I recommend it 100%.

I have this person's address etc. so assume someone else has my personal contact info as well - don't love that

Expected much higher customer service from a brand at this price point
Minimum expectation is to receive the goods I paid for...

Its my favourite brand and I love that they have a secondhand store. My experience has always been exceptional and I have bought some amazing pieces in excellent condition. The customer service is friendly and quick to respond.

I have bought sneakers to the price of 100euro and got nothing.

I bought a pair of Bellerose jeans on line and they were the most comfortable and best fitting pair of jeans I have had. I am 1.79m tall and it is hard to find comfortable trousers for my high waist. They have washed beautifully and although now old the denim is lovely and soft and gently faded. I recently enquired whether I could buy them from a store in England and was promptly supplied with links to stockists. I am looking forward to visiting my nearest stockist.

The worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I entered the shop half an hour before it was due to close with my wife and two sons to buy them both a pair of trainers. Unfortunately the girl serving was struggling to find the sizes we wanted (despite our ability to see the correct boxes), so it was taking a while. At 6:50 (10 minutes before closing), she announced that she had a train to catch and we didn’t have time to do this. I would have left without purchasing had it not upset my children, but I decided to rush the purchase of €146 through. At the end I pointed out that the service was disgraceful, and she decided to argue back that I was the worst customer she had ever had (despite spending €146). If she were a member of my staff, I would fire her immediately!
