Terrible service with no integrity
Terrible service with no integrity. They pre collected half of the estimated invoice for material order and disappeared without response for half a year. I called in and tried to cancel the installation due to half of waiting for installation and was told that they won't give my $1350 pre-paid back. I have no choice and follow up with many phone calls for parts arrival and installation schedule. The worst part is they didn't show up at the installation appointment and let me wait for several hours. They didn't even call to let me know they were not able to make it due the previous job delayed. I was forced to continue working with them due to already paying, in the end they never showed up, and never contacted me again. I am in the process of disputing this charge after months of back and forth. I tried to work with them, but they abused my goodwill.
