I didn’t receive a tent ! My order was processed and money taken, I received a QR code to track my 1-2 day delivery. Day 2, I went to track my delivery but couldn't download the QR code so I contacted Bell Tent Village, I was told the tents were sold out and I wouldn't receive one. When I questioned they had sold out I was told "yeah sure it has", absolutely no apology for the mistake! Bell Tent Village did not inform me they had sold out, it took me to contact them with a question about the QR code for them to then tell me! I was offered a better tent with a 10 day wait but I needed the tent that weekend so did not take the offer. They told me my refund would be almost instant as I paid by paypal, I needed the money to purchase another tent elsewhere for the weekend. Over 2 weeks later and the money is still not back in my account! No tent, no money! Disgusting Customer Service!

Well what can I say. The communications were fabulous. The items arrived perfect and as described. I couldn’t have been more pleased. They seemed to go the extra mile. Will definitely be using these again.

Initially my order size pole was out of stock and you changed my pole size without any issues. Good service.

I bought a 5m XL bell tent with a free internal tent and porch - there were some issues adding the items to basket, but after getting in contact, Bell Tent Village were quick to sort this out for me :)

The tent itself is lovely, really well made, heavy duty and luxurious - we took it for a long weekend camping by the sea in Wales, and it held up admirably, keeping us cool in the sun during the day, and warm and cosy in the evenings. Unfortunately there was torrential rain on our last night, but we stayed perfectly dry, with no leaks at all.

We're really happy with it, and so glad we spent that little bit more on a decent canvas tent than a cheaper synthetic one - it made the camping experience so much more enjoyable!

I absolutely love my bell tent, and accessories purchased from you. It's so pretty and fits the garden beautifully. It's great for yoga , chilling out , and reading and of course sleeping in. It's very cosy with the coir matting which keeps the floor warm . Brilliant!
