Poor service

Brought a Flex ORE 3-150 electric sander from them in June 24 via Amazon. The item burnt out after only three months despite a 3 year warranty. I was promised calls back which rarely happened and then was promised that a courier would collect the faulty item and either repair or replace immediately. Courier never arrived and eventually Belmore arranged collection via the post office. 3 weeks later and still no contact, I finally got through to them who said they would speak to the manufacturer and call me back to confirm either replacment, repair, or refund the same day. No call back, just a message from Amazon to say I was being refunded. Guess what, the replacment is now £100.00 more. Shocking treatment from a so called legitimate business. Personally you should avoid purchasing from this company as they certainly don't give a monkeys about their customers.

Bought three buckets of plaster from…

Bought three buckets of plaster from these guys, one arrive a week late and was damaged (covered in grey paint). I refused the item at the door and emailed belmore to advise them. Received no response. Watched the tracking information and confirmed they had received it back. Emailed them two more times to get refund, no response. Had to raise paypal dispute to get a refund and despite this being raised, still no response from them. If you're going to order online from this lot, make sure to protect yourself and use something like paypal so at least you have recourse should it go tits up, because you're not going to get a response from them.
