They misrepresented the cost, and the date I would receive the item. They also added a handling charge and an insurance charge that was not shown beforehand. Then I found out there was a recurring charge in 19 days for a rewards program that I did not agree to. I did check before I pushed the order button, to make sure the order was coming from the United States, but afterward I received an email saying, due to high volume and tariffs, the item would be delayed. So many lies all in one order!!!!

This Website Is A Total Scam, I Suggest You Not To Order Anything From This Scam Site They sign you up and charge you for a subscription you never even agreed to. On top of that before I ordered my item it stated I would receive it on this day just to receive a email after I ordered to tell me my order is going to take 3-6 days 😒 #CalledMyBankSoFast

I charged a Pink Crystal Cup for my Mother for Mother's Day. I believed it would be a nice gift. I saw an ad on the NY Times!

I believed the total charge was to be $25.49 with the 15 % discount offer $29.99 less $4.50 (15%) is $25.49.

It SAYS free shipping, however when I paid for the item, I was a charged of $33.98!!!

When I received the Email with the Order Number and Invoice, I was charged $9.99 for Priority Support and faster handling!

The Order page said shipping was to be Next Day!

It ALSO says that due to "Trump's Tariffs", the item will not be shipped for "6-10 Business days"!

I called (850)403-3534, whomever answered the phone...

1st time - Asked for my name & then immediately disconnected the call!

2nd time - I recognized the same voice, who asked for my name, which I provided and then I asked "Were you the person, who I just spoke to" however before I could ask them NOT to disconnect the call, they did!

Honestly, this is the most fraudulent and suspicious online transaction I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with!

I bought an 02 sensor from them, actually an insert, for 13.99. They charged me over 36.00 for it. I shut my card off, and will never do business with them again. They added a protection plan to it that I rejected, and charged 23.00 for part, that they advertised as free shipping. After I hit purchase for 13.99, my bank notice stated 36.00. They completely went outside of the agree price, mislead me on how much I was spending. I will never use these scam artist again.

This is a scam site, will unauthorized charges stemming from on-line purchase. This a fraudulent site.

I tried to order a stuffed animal online two days ago.
I put in all of my information and then a sign came up saying MY CARD was fraudelent!
I knew then this site was a scam.
I deleted all of my information and thought that was the end of it.
WRONG.
I had to go to the store right after this and my debit card would not go through.
I headed over to my bank 30 minutes away and they looked up my account, and in that 20 minutes, over 20 people had tried to use my card, the first being Belro for $39.95 which was for a SUBSCRIPTION.
That amount was put back in my account and all other 19 tries to use my card had been blocked as my bank knew it was a red flag.
I was issued a NEW card and the bank is filing reports with several agencies against this company.
Please read all reviews before using a company you are not familiar with.
My bank said Amazon is very good along with several others.
This company should be closed and criminal charges should be handed down.

Belo 0. I’m learning as I go to read reviews of companies advertising on the web. Unfortunately I never read any before ordering this morning from belro. My order was for $29. And at the end of filling my order out there was a request for me to spend another $9.99 on shipping insurance and lifetime warranty. I never wanted insurance are lifetime warranty but there was no way to go around it. I never click on it but was charged anyway. I immediately notified them to cancel my order and called my credit card to stop payment. I received a couple emails from them that payment on the warranty and insurance was to be refunded in 15 days. I don’t know if that includes the item and shipping are not. It didn’t sound as though my order was canceled.
Be aware of this criminal bunch. I now must wait to see if my item shows up and 15 days to see if I am even refunded. It’s bad that now days you have to tread lightly through this world to avoid all the low life people trying to scam you out of a dollar. I’ve lost trust in anything online.

I wish I had read the reviews before i ordered a solar bird bath disk. Fortunately the investment was not a big one. This company should be prohibited from advertising their products. The solar panel cheaply made. Must remain in sun 24/7 in order for it to work and when it does spray one little bubble may squeak out. Final words beware of this company and their false advertising. Also when I called customer service to relay my disappointment they hang up on me.

I just got scammed by this company. I realized almost immediately that they are a scam. I called my bank and they are investigating this company for fraud. From now on I will check any online company for scams before purchasing anything. BTW when I went opened the emails they sent me verifying my purchases I saw that I was signed up for a subscription!! I had purchased only a fancy vegetable peeler but they tacked on a $9 insurance and signed me up for a subscription. Neither of which I authorized!

I placed an order and immediately canceled it. Now they tell me it was already in system and it is next to impossible to get my credit card refunded. All I get from them is the runaround.Best advise is dont buy anything from them.

I purchased from the belroshop.com on March 27, 2026,a " top-rated hydrotherapyfoot spa messager with heat" for the price of $137.98, but could not obtain a receipt. The first credit card I had attempted to use flagged the message "Insufficient Funds" and disallowed the attempted purchase. Not knowing whatever that message meant since I had plenty of unused available credit on the card, I decided to use another credit card which, alas, approved the purchase. Meanwhile, my partner told me about the poor rating that belroshop had earned online, whereupon I immediately cancelled the order. Obtaining a refund, though, was like pulling teeth. Finally, I got it, but in the meanwhile an unauthorized $9.95 charge suddenly appeared on my credit card, which, owing to my persistence, I finally got a refund to. All that occurred as a result of the ill-fated purchase on March 27, 2026. Then, 3 weeks and 3 days later, a second unauthorized charge to the amount of $34.95 appeared out of the blue. It turned out it was for a SUBSCRIPTION TO WHAT I never got an answer. I am still trying, after close to 2 weeks, to get a refund to that. Once I do, should I ever get one, I will request that my credit-card number be changed. I would kick myself for not having heeded the inexplicable message flagged by the first card, if only my feeble feet felt up to it. Caveat emptor: keep clear of that shop and, more generally, be ever on the qui vive whenever on the insidious Internet.

Absolute criminal scam - avoid at all costs.

Hide two different 10$ for *nothing* at the checkout page, in the process of UN checking one of them, it entered my order. i.e., they stole $10 from me.
Then the shipping (which still hasn't happened yet), which btw that $10 was supposed to expedite, is godawful slow, assuming I ever get it.
Additional, input the order number they give you to 'track' the order - number can't be found.
Never been this disgusted with a company. Avoid.

Purchased a $10 item, charged $21, then $39.99 appeared on CC 10 days later. Item was supposed to ship the next day, took 2 weeks to get the product. Fraud department on my CC caught the charge and I denied it. New care coming. Interesting note, the Original company name was BELRO the charge to my card is now changed to RELZOTECH. It is a scam, beware.

Belro is a scam website. Don't buy anything from this website.
Belro will deliver your product however Belro will keep charging your card for random subscrptions every few weeks, if you don't notice then you will lose money. I wanted to share the screenshot of charges but I don't option to add screenshots.

Scam Alert! Ordered a 14.99 part with free shipping from Belroshop.com, and was immediately charged 24.98 instead….after which there was a stream of repeated charges from Belro and Zappo that the bank stopped. Complete scam site.

I bought something praised $19.95 but after submitting the order was charged $29.95 and immediately after the payment my credit card was attaced multiple times from difrent location in attempt to charge me same amount.For my luck my credit company block them and freez the card.Ani attempt to find Belro through phone or email was unsuccessful.
Stay away.Scam.Scam.

They bill your card multiple times for services and products that you did not purchase. They have horrible customer service if they answer the phone at all and when they do they will disconnect you before resolving your issue. They shipped a product that was missing one of the key parts for it to function and will not fix the problem. After multiple attempts to get my problem resolved through both phone and emails it is still unresolved and then they attempted to charge me for a membership without my consent. Fortunately my credit card company fraud department notified me of the charge attempt first. They charged me for a warranty that I did not ask for. They charged me for priority service and faster handling yet it took weeks to receive a product and it was incomplete and not usable.

0 stars, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOCKED COMPANY. Their customer service reps are nasty, useless, rude.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from Belro. I ordered a swimsuit that was supposed to be delivered the next day and the shipping was free. Too good to be true but I submitted anyway. I skipped the shipping insurance but they charged additional $9.95 anyway. I agree with other reviewers, this is a scam company.
