Staff were very helpful in tracking my package and letting me know when it had arrived in the country. Tiles are beautiful!!!

My sample tile arrived in perfect condition, thanks to lots of bubble wrap. But I learned the hard way why it cost $35 to ship a 2x8" piece of tile: it came from Tunisia, not the US! So I will not be ordering more tile to put into a bathroom.

This is the fourth time I've ordered that has been smooth and easy.

I ordered the San Diego tile on a Thursday, and it arrived from Tunisia on Monday to me on the East Coast, well packaged in perfect condition. I was hesitant to order online, but it worked out great. The tile is gorgeous, handpainted, classic pattern, color just as I expected, the perfect accent for my bathroom backsplash. Well worth the price + shipping.

Please do not buy your tile from this company. The company did not update their website on quantity which leads the customer thinking that they can buy a minimum quantity, which in fact, they have to buy 100 times more the amount. Reason, the shipments are coming overseas and they want to avoid supply chain cost from Overseas. You will spend well over $1,000.00 in cost of what you originally want. You will see!!!

We had the best time ordering from beltile and our product looks fantastic. It was worth the wait to get the tile since it was sent from out of state l. Our sales person was the best.

The tile sample I ordered is great...just what I was looking for. However, the cost for shipping a 3" x 3.25" sample of tile ($20) seems a bit exorbitant. It seems that there should be an option on the website to order a sample and have it shipped more economically.

We received the tiles on Saturday. They arrived in good shape and were well packed. The tiles looked exactly as shown on the website. They are of very high quality and absolutely beautiful. The tiles came all the way from Tunisia and are so wonderful. Thank you!

We found some trim tile on the site that we wanted for a backsplash we were putting up. They would not sell the trim piece without selling the base tile. Part of me understands this policy. However, I am not going to pay $200.00+ in freight for tile I can pick up locally. We figured something else out.

Not able to fulfill obligation, I put order in and then it confirmed order, wanted to charge me $35.00 in shipping for one box of tile I agreed, then 3 days later said they couldn't do it because the 10 sq I ordered wasn't enough. They wanted 75 sq of tile minimum. I don't even want to know what shipping that would have cost. Will not be a returning customer.

The tile arrived in 10 days and was packaged with care.

Tile sample came from another country so it went through many places before it arrived to me, the box was smashed in and the tile was chipped as well.
Paid a hefty price for just a sample and wasn’t pleased.
They did offer to send me another sample and try to remedy my issue so I did bump their stars up for that!

I love the San Diego blue tiles! One of the tiles was chipped in transit, but customer service took care of the replacement in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with the tiles and the service.
