Belts with bad odor

I have 2 belts ordered 3 months ago and they are fine except one factor. They have a bad odor and finally decided the stink is coming from those belts. Leather that is not processed correctly will have a strong odor. I feared maybe it is my shoes but that was not the case. The belts seem to be adequate style wise and function. The smell is bad…

Just Brilliant People

I just received in the UK 3 leather belt strips to use instead f the worn out Mont Blanc ones. Excellent quality, perfect communication and fast delivery.
I can not fault them and would definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended

Not a good fit

This was around November of 2020. I wanted to order a belt of a specific color and style. I was informed that it was "out of stock" even though it had been listed as "on stock". I figured, well, maybe I'll try a different belt. So, I ordered one with a specific buckle in a specific color. I was informed that both were "out of stock" even though they had been listed as "on stock". The customer service people had the nerve to suggest that, maybe, I might like a belt and buckle of a completely different style and color, and that this would satisfy me. Had I wanted a belt and buckle of the kind they suggested, I would have ordered them. Very poor business practices. I hesitate to ever try them again.

AVOID Belts.com

I ordered a belt on 28/Nov/2020 and their rather vague tracking system's last entry was that it had departed an international carrier facility in the US on 12/Dec/2020. It's now 22/Dec/2020.

I have tried contacting this company twice now and they are ignoring my attempts. So basically, they just take your money and give you nothing. AVOID these guys...order your belts from elsewhere.

One of the worst customer service I’ve seen in a company in a long time. April 30 I ordered four pairs of leggings and it is now May 24 and still have not received my product. However you Took my money on 5-13. When I called to follow up on this I was told It is the post offices fault. Funny how you don’t take responsibility for your own business. I also noticed again you don’t carry a product I ordered and instead of updating your website or advising me you accepted my order. I am surprised you don’t update your website. I also ordered curtains on May 7. I ordered 12 panelsOf which you only delivered three panels. I’m not sure what you expected me to do with a half a window panel. I was not given the option or advise that you did not have the stock or to cancel the order. Instead you shipped me three panels out of 12 which were useless. Of course I had to go out and ship them back which I did on May 13 and still have not gotten my refund. When I called on May 12 I was told it would be 5 to 6 days so that was an untruth. It is now May 24 you have my money and I have no products. Very poor customer service that I will never order again from our shop at your store.

Their quality has plummeted…

Their quality has plummeted considerably by last year. I have been a customer for years and was quite satisfied but my last order was disappointing. Belts break at many points and are very stiff as well. Not happy at all.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I ordered 2 stretch braided belts (identical to the one I already own, just different color) in size M 34-36. When they arrived it was obvious that they were mis-labeled & actually were closer to a size L 40+. I sent them back via Wal-Mart. Now I'm being charged a return shipping fee for their mis-labeled product. On-line customer chat choose to ignore my request for assistance & closed that chat conversation w?o any assistance. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'd give no stars if possible.

This company sent a defective belt to…

This company sent a defective belt to me. I emailed them to inform them that I was returning it, and politely requested my return shipping be reimbursed for the inconvenience. They initially responded that they would refund my money for the belt but didn't address the return shipping refund, so I sent another email to clarify if they would also refund the shipping. It has been almost a week and they have not responded. Very rude and I would never do business with them again.

Affordable, MADE in USA, real leather

I ordered three MADE in USA thick leather belts in black, brown, and tan with high quality roller buckles for only $22.50 each from belts.com. Where else can you get a belt made in the US for that price??? You pay almost that much for some crap made in China in the big box stores. I purchased some reversible belt for $12 at a box store recently and after a week it was falling apart and clearly not leather... money wasted. That's when I said enough is enough. Ordering from belts.com was easy. Shipping was fast. The price was right. The belts are perfect for jeans or casual wear. There is something nice about the supple nature of the leather too. It conforms to your shape rather than cutting into you because it's plastic or some other material. I will definitely use belts.com again if necessary... but these leather belts may outlast me!
