The first two weeks were full of things…
The first two weeks were full of things to learn and then the last two weeks was learning to use them. The last two weeks are necessary but somehow feel a bit empty compared to the first two weeks. I wish it was longer but it is a great starting point
You are not ALONE
It should be always good have this type of course so you can know that not only you go through but some other people also go more than you so you can relax and set your mind in a fresh way

I found the content of the programme very simple to follow. It’s not too long and you go at your own pace, there is no pressure.
The guides in the programme are informative and really have a sincere sense of compassion.
They are there to help and give you some essential tools when you may be going through times of struggle.

Very user friendly course
This is a first class course for beginners and also for more experienced people who have perhaps lost their way a little. You will be gently led through a series of exercises at a pace that all should be able to follow with ease. Most of the exercises are quite short but extend the users skills day by day.
After completing the course you will have continued access to the course materials and references for additional resources.

Two statues
I really didn't enjoy this and skipped through most of it. I don't think mindfulness is for me really. The people seemed nice but I've never seen two people so stiff and lifeless. It ended up being funny, especially with the mindful walking. I hope it's useful to someone and I'm grateful it was free but I didn't enjoy it

It has been a good journey. I enjoyed the wind down from daily stresses to come to this program. It helped me on days I really felt like I need it.
Clear content
The content was good, clearly explained. Good step by step. However, I was not a beginner but wanting to be better at being mindful.
Useful but disjointed
I found aspects of the programme useful and I shall aim to incorporate them into my daily life,
However, I did feel rushed through the programme without sufficient time to consolidate each step.
It was not always clear how the steps related to each other; I lacked a sense of the programme as a whole - what the overall aims are how each step linked to the overall programme.
