good service, on-time delivery

We are so happy with our kitchen purchase with Bemmel en Kroon. Our sales person / designer was Yorin. He is amazing. He was fast, efficient, offered great solutions, really perfect. We had been to 8+ other kitchen sales people and all were slow, painful, difficult. Highly recommend. Installation was easy...the installer pointed out the few damages on the cabinets and ordered replacements. Everything has been taken care of professionally and with a smile. Recommend!

There was a discount change after my purchase (2 days later). I asked to get the same amount back but no one replied.

They do not communicate well to their customers when they do not have a product in stock. I ordered my product (an oven) which was marked as available on the website. You will receive a message saying they will notify you when your product has arrived in store.
I called customer service when it would arrive, they told me at least 6 weeks. If I had known in advance that it would take so long I would have ordered something else or elsewhere.

Other company do communicate the time of arrival in a proper way on the website or at least a rough estimation, therefore the poor rating.

Great service, easy delivery, was able to get my oven a week before the shop estimated.

We had a fantastic experience with Bemmel en Kroon. We purchased a high end dishwasher from them, and like most household appliances these days, there are a million model numbers and very hard to see the difference between them. I rang Bemmel en Kroon and they were very knowledgeable answered all my questions and i felt in very good hands. We ordered the dishwasher - and were notified we would receive an upgraded model at no cost. we also had the dishwasher installed, the service was fantastic, the staff super knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with all round. Thank you very much for the great price, the upgrade and fantastic service from start to end. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Bought a washing maschine. Did not get the model which I ordered but I was informed about it beforehand. The delivery date and time were exactly what was given to me. I could pay by PIN, which was really good. Very happy for the total service.

I've been explained about the pros and cons of the different products I was looking for, this helped me a lot on my decision.

The quality of the products delivered is good. The only issue noticed: The Samsung koelkast is making loud noises. As for the rest:
Our manager who helped with choosing the kitchen didn't account for ceiling hight. Also refused to help when we realized that the ceiling height was insufficient for the hanging cupboard mechanisms. I had to ask the manager several times and had to request the issue to be escalated to higher management, only then they offered a solution which I mentioned myself in my e-mails. Also when I sent e-mail to our manager for clarification in English - they would reply in Dutch. It is completely unprofessional. One more thing to add - manager made a mistake in one of the measurements and we had to cut one of the panels during installation in order to fit the kitchen. The cut performed by the installation team was ugly. The delivered cooking top was damaged, and this has only been noticed after signing off the installation and delivery papers. Also the screw-work by the installation company is very ugly. The screwes were screwed sideways and mechanisms look like a 5-year old attached them. Completely unprofessional and very poor quality.
