I’ve been a loyal customer with Be More Geek. Having spent thousands of pounds clearly means nothing to them. They never had any issues with me. Unfortunately I’m disappointed at Paul’s response to a figures limb unexpectedly snapping and then using the “accidental damage” line when I know for a certain fact that’s not the case at all. I’m a collector and take pride of my items I spend high amounts on. Given this response from Paul this warrants my 1 star review. I had trusted this company for so long and had no issues but unfortunately the trust has now ended and I don’t trust them when an item breaks through no fault of my own and they refuse to do anything about it.

Would’ve give zero stars if possible, refund available but only as credit note, paid cash and wanted cash refund. Why isn’t this stated at time of purchase?Would this really be so difficult?

Very professional and quick service. Fair price offered for my collection. I would highly recommend these guys for future selling and buying. Phone calls throughout to keep me updated on the process excellent service

Contacted Be More Geek about a collection of Funko Pops I was looking to sell. They responded quickly with their offer (that I accepted) and other relevant information. With over 100 Pops I took advantage of their own collection service. The whole process from start to finish was very quick and simple and you were always dealing with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend if you have a collection of Pops for sale.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and are very quick when responding to questions. Would highly recommend as they have been fantastic to deal with and we would definitely be back in the future.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Got my first offer and labels on the same day as I first contacted them.sent them on the 21/11/25. Got my final offer yesterday which was more than i thought I would get as i had a lot of standard pops and the money is in the bank today.i would definitely recommend to anyone.

First time using this company and have to say very smooth sailing. They explained to me the process and the value and how it was calculated. The sending was parcels to them was again straight forward! Thankyou Be more geek!

Used this company as I had 67 funko pops to sell as just didn't have the room for them anymore. They were extremely quick to answer my emails for a quote. Very polite and professional guy who dealt with my enquiries. Great they paid for me to send my funkos to them through use of pre paid labels. They received them next day. Extremely reasonable cash offer for my funkos money paid into my bank within 24 hours. Highly recommended company would use them again . Thanks for your speedy and reliable service.

Don’t bother ordering from them if you are in Northern Ireland, they’ll take the order & then cancel it.

Sold them a few Funkos and they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend.

I used the buyback section within the metrocentre shop, bringing back 40 pops. They were efficient in their evaluation and very kind.

I had amazing service and a great experience dealing with Carl from BMG! He responded quickly and clearly to my emails, explaining the process. I got a fair offer once they had checked my pop collection, which aligned with the estimate given from them seeing the photos, so I was happy to accept, and the payment was in my account the following morning. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Had a collection of pop figures to sell and got in touch via Messager. Replies where snappy, informative and they were patient. I got send the delivery labels and got them sent off. Heard back within a few days.
