good problem solving

Had a problem with bemoto unable to send emails to me for some strange reason , which is why I never received my renewal.
Manny was the 2nd person I spoke to and sounded unconcerned when I spoke to him about this unfixable problem. Sure enough within 5 minutes he had effected a work around and flagged the system to advise others of it - very impressed ! Don't usually see this type service these days.

Renewing after renewal rejected

The advisor was more than helpful , explaining the only reason my automatic renewal had not worked was because I had been issued a new bank card , details were taken and renewal went through immediately , The advisor was professional , courteous and very helpful , I have been with BeMoto for a good few years and see no reason whatsoever to change , so once gain Thank you

Updated motorcycle policy

Spoke to Isabelle to add a bike to my insurance .
The phone was answered promptly and she was friendly and knowledgeable and added my bike with no problems.
Very happy with the service
