They seem to have reduced the sugar without telling anyone. It’s now nowhere near as sweet and tasty as it used to be. I’m very disappointed.

The cup is too small icecream overflows and its super expensive.

The first time I tried Ben and Jerry's, I fell in love! Their ice cream is like no other brand. If you haven't tried it before, man you're missing out!

I buy mostly Ben and Jerrys my family is a huge fan and it helps that they have such good values as well.

My biggest complaint is they are leaning more towards baked goods in all their new flavors and those flavors are not very allergy friendly. I have celiacs disease and I hope one day they start to add some gluten free baked goods into the ice cream.

First time trying their ice cream. Store was on main street ventura, ca. Store was uninviting. No place to sit, just 4 walls and an ice cream counter. Felt like i walked into a deserted warehouse for ice cream. Menu did not detail the ice cream flavors/names so had to ask what was in it. Asked if they had gluten free ice cream. One teenager said no, the other said yes. Ice cream tasted old like freezer burn. The nuts were mushy. Did not enjoy the experience.

I purchased a Ben and Jerry's cookie dough ice cream. Once the tub was opened it split down the seam and at other points, and went completely out of shape. Therefore the tub could not be reclosed to put back in the freezer after my grandson had a small amount.
I notified Ben & Jerry's and they said they would process a refund via a link to click.
I told them I did not feel comfortable clicking a link but they sent it anyway and I was surprised to see that, as well as my name and address etc., it asked for my bank account number and sort code.
needless to say I did not fill this in!
I will not be buying Ben and Jerry products again

Yummy ice cream but pretty expensive considering how much ice cream you get in a serve

There is so many words that can describe Ben and Jerry's.
My favourite taste is the BDS taste. It gives me a taste of the freedom of Palestine. 🇵🇸
It has started itching a lot of people when they joint the BDS.

Always the go to ice cream in our house. The half baked especially is a symphony of yumminess - now even tastier as it’s not profiting from apartheid and war crimes. Yay to tasty ice cream and human rights!
