Phenomenal service from Natti, my parcel got lost in the post for around a month and I emailed within 24 hours she got in touch with me and was on the phone to Royal mail and has managed to get my parcel redelivered. First-class treatment! And beautiful products

EDIT: received a phone call from a lovely lady at Benatti explain dispatch days which I had missed on the website. Now eating a slice of humble pie and sending wellness to this small company during Covid times! :)

My wife spent a considerable time looking for chandelier lights and found one she liked I went to order it and paid for it which all went through.. The next day told me the manufacturer have discontinued with the product and yet still showing on their website...

Only good thing is they refunded the money back quickly...
