This was the first time I contacted Ben and he was very professional and courteous in communicating with me . once I arrived at his studio he fixed my lamp problem in 5 minutes and charged me a nominal fee. I will return to him if I ever have another lighting issue.

We were so pleased with the the exceptional job that Ben did on our lamps. He converted four ceramic lamps that we bought years ago in China to British fittings, wiring and plugs. He provided great advice and the job was completed within the deadline he indicated at the outset. We would definitely recommend him.

Ben repaired our treasured Artemide table lamp by replacing the broken dimmer switch with an original part and restoring the cabling inside the lamp. He did a brilliant job, and even replaced the light bulb, while keeping us informed about costs and timings along the way. Quick and helpful service, Ben converted one of our table lamps to a Canadian socket ahead of our move abroad. He took care of the parts and conversion in a timely fashion and his pricing was very reasonable.
