Deceptive and Misleading
Unfortunately I bought the Boost Electric Fin, it worked once, then each time I tried to use it - it switches on but you cannot switch it off, you just go around in circles in the line up until the battery goes flat. Not a good fun product. I returned it to them and they referred me to the BOOST USA Terms and Conditions posted on their website. And now a month later they are ghosting me ... Australian consumer law is clear that the retailer is responsible for the products they sell, customers cannot be fobbed off to an overseas manufacturer. The fact that they have all the Terms and conditions listed for all their OS suppliers makes me think this is a deliberate ploy to avoid Australian Consumer Law.
"If the defect is significant (e.g., a major failure), you are entitled to choose between a refund or a replacement." ACCC.
This is disgraceful behaviour and they should be exposed.
Buckler sent wrong part, won't refund return shipping
I ordered a part for my Lacroix Lonestar esk8. I paid a premium for it, then paid even more to ship from Australiw to the USA. They sent me the wrong part, admitted to it, stated they reimburse me for all shipping charges. Once they had their wrong product back they only refunded me my initial purchase and shipping, not the 30.00 it took to return to them. They acknowledged in an email to me that they had sent the wrong part but that they could only refund me the money I spent initially, they couldn't do anything about the amount it cost me to return their part. This is a horrible way to do business.
Great products
The product is of good quality, initially I had some problems with shipping but Ben Buckler rectified the issue and I would buy from them again.

Average customer experience
Board shipped in regular time however with incorrect accessory.
Company exchanged the item and corrected the error in due course. Customer service was average. No return email to enquiry.

Disappointing after service
Why did I give 2 stars, the ordering process and delivery is easy and fast which is great, but the product I received and fitted didn’t last one day so I emailed about the issue and got a response quickly, thought this would be easy resolution, responded to the reply more than once and haven’t heard anything, my issue isn’t resolved this is over 3 weeks since my last email leaving me very disappointed with the service
