Their products and customer service are excellent. I’ve had one issue and it was resolved quickly.

Had a few items and always super quality, great service and very helpful. This particular order was only small but they still sent a few little treats with it, which was a very nice touch.

I dont no if any one else has had the same problem with the number hetchin on the rail but all my numbers have gone completely don't no if any one else has had the same problem I've tried everything to try to revive then but no luck bench dog carnt do anything because I havnt got the recipe it was bought as a preasant

Fantastic Tools squares and reasonably priced . The courier not so good more specifically DHL. They don’t deliver on weekends or offer you the option of receiving your delivery at a suitable date and time. My delivery was attempted to my front door once then the shipment was sent to their Wapping depot for me to collect from there. It took me 2 hrs to get there. The next tool I ordered came by Royal Mail and it also came when I was out but they left a card and the option to pick it up from the sorting office around the corner. What would be really helpful and time saving would be a reliable and responsible delivery service as an option so that shipment could be predictable and convenient. I would be willing to pay up to £20 just to get a shipment delivered within a one hour window at a time convenient to me and not be subject to the narrow offering of options dictated by dhl. I note DHL have a very poor rating online so why use them at all. Benchdogs tools are probably some of the best tools being made currently but the some of the courier services they use are not impressing me as a customer.

The admin side of all of the transactions was excellent I purchased a number of items over the Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales that I have been considering for a while. I was kept informed by personal emails from start to finish on all items. Deliveries were slightly longer than usual but this was advised prior to the orders being placed as a result of the increase in sales orders placed.
The items purchased, an ultra Rail Square, a 450mm precision triangle and a Mk2 Parallel Guide system & systainers arrived very well packaged & undamaged. A minor glitch occurred caused by me not reading all of the information which has been rectified by purchasing the correct length extrusions for the parallel guide system systainer system.
Overall I’m extremely satisfied with the service and products and look forward to starting planned projects in the new year.

Purchased the 650mm crosscut fence and adaptor plate for the Festool CSC SYS 50. Excellent quality, build and precision. Only wish BD made a corresponding rip fence with slots compatible with standard T bolts so I could use Jessem stock guides.

Think benchdogs comes under the term, ‘you get what you pay for’, not cheap but excellent quality.
Have purchased a couple of items, rail square and rail square repeat cut stop.
Both are spot on and well made.
