DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I ordered a small coffee table. For no apparent reason they chose to send it in two parts. They did not tell me. I got what appeared to be duplicate demands for import duties from a DPD email address linked to their company. Having paid one I replied to query the other. No response. They now claim that they both sent me these emails....but also that they were nothing to do with them when I replied and got nop response. They want me to pay them more money to get the other half of the table that I ordered. And it is my fault. No acknowledgement that the above is a mess. No acknowledgment that getting duplicate demand for import duties for one product looks very suspect. They blame me for 'declining' to pay import duties when I had already paid once! Emailing them is like talking to a brick wall. AVOID AVOID AVOID
