Great customer service

My email asking for customer service was answered very promptly and thoroughly and resolved my issue immediately

The representative that I last dealt with was awesome!

I recently dealt with Mark from Benchmark Golf. He was helpful and thorough and although I think the returns process is more lengthy then it needs to be, the service I received was good. Mark followed up multiple times and helped me with every step. We ended up not keeping the product but were happy with the service and response we received from the company.

Pretty seamless refund process, aside from having to follow up (issue on my end as I did not submit my tracking number). Mark was responsive and very helpful throughout the process and expedited my refund promptly. Great customer service was appreciated!

Quick shipping. Excellent support email. Solved a minor issue quickly. I would suggest including instructions and gift code for a gift recipient to sign in and access everything using a different email than purchaser’s.

Niqui was great at keeping me informed about my order, and when the shipment got lost in transit she simply offered to send a replacement and new shipping info. Great customer service!

When making videos, would be helpful to have a bit more time to prepare. Maybe add countdown beeps so I know when the video starts, and when it ends. Watching screen, hands, feet, etc. to much to do in too little time.

I purchased the Golf Daddy No Ball simulator because I had a terrible round of golf a few days before a tournament. After being creative in setting up space where I could swing and not hit furniture or ceiling fans, I began using it. Niqui and Mark. I had questions about some of its features or what I thought may be features, like viewing the videos of me executing the shots, after my practice. I reached out to customer service via text on a Sunday and received responses from Niqui on Sunday and Mark on Monday. Both were extremely helpful. I love the equipment and the customer service. I highly recommend the equipment and the company.

I accidentally put the wrong shipping address and and it was rectified amd communicated back within 30 minutes.

The order shipped quickly. The packaging is very presentable. I bought it for my boyfriend’s birthday. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the ceiling clearance but the return process was easy and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend for any golfer! He was bummed but the intent was for indoor use even though it could be used outdoor as well.

I broke my arm after ordering the Golf at Home. I requested a return because it was of no use to me. Coach Mark handled the return in a manner that I expected; respectfully, professionally and quickly. Coach Mark is the kind of representative a company should want and keep at all cost. I can not believe how easy Mark made my cancellation possible. I have never been treated so quickly and professionally, what a change of pace ! Just to say the ONLY reason I had to cancel is our ceiling wasn’t high enough for the correct swing. Mark took care of everything within hours of me corresponding with benchmark.
