I found Ben via his eBay listing, then caught onto his socials and that gave me even more confidence to buy from him as I knew I was looking at someone who took pride in their business and in how he treats his customers.
Throughout the process, he was friendly, courteous and helpful; with the watch arriving in 3 days, even with eBay’s authenticity check.
The watch itself was exactly as described and I feel I got it at a fair price. Ben has even offered to help find me a spare bracelet link, you don’t get that in many other places.
I would have no second thoughts at all in going to him for my next purchase, I even understand he will try to source watches on your behalf, should you need it.
In summation, I’m delighted with my watch and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Ben again.

Purchased off his eBay site to which he found it very difficult to answer simple questions .
Upon leaving negative feedback on his site he swiftly had it removed.
Definitely not an honest individual.
I enquired about a watch for sale via eBay I initially made an offer that was declined the company then made a counter offer to which I was happy with and ready to purchase to then be told they are now going to sell for more than the offer sent and price advertised not sure what there game is but this is not good business practice I will definitely not be using them for any future purchases and advise any potential customers to take care that the price agreed doesn’t go up from original not happy and I know other customers wouldn’t be steer clear

I'm very confused about this review and it contains multiple false accusations.
1. You never made an offer. You "watched" an item on Ebay. I sent an offer to all watchers of my item for £6500.
2. You then came back with a counter offer (unofficially, just via message) for £5500 which I declined.
3. We never agreed a price, however after the watch was sold you then wanted to purchase for the original offer (which had expired).
Unfortunately "offers" on ebay are made to multiple interested parties and that price is first come first serve, so unfortunately if someone moves quicker than you, we are unable to supply you with the watch also.
We did offer to source you another watch but you declined.
I have all of this documented via screenshots and ebay transactional data, which I can provide on request.
