Just received my order, cheap and nasty plastic rubbish with a Tommy Hilfiger logo on the side . Absolute crap, have emailed the company for a refund. They are nothing like the description totally misleading advertising.

I ordered a lovely pair of shoes for £19.99 plus £4.00 delivery. Unfortunately, what you receive is nothing like the pictures on the website. Emailed the company to return the item and requested a refund. I received email back to be told that they are not accepting returns due to covid and offered me 50% refund and I could keep the product. I wrote a second email and highlight my issues with their product. I have received a full refund back to my original payment method. Happy Customer in the end!

The service is a disgrace ! The product I bought could not be returned due to COVID restrictions and I received a refund for half the value of the product and to add insult I have paid for the delivery charge ! NOWHERE on the Returns Policy does it state that returns cannot be accepted due to COVID. What a great money spinning opportunity and shocking customer service.

Don’t buy anything from this company. Product is worse then useless. They don’t except returns, blaming covid. Will only offer to refund 50%. Product takes 2 weeks to arrive smells of glue. Product opposite is description. The logo on the shoes is Tommy Hiliger. Thus company should not be allowed to trade

Took so very long, so excited when finally arrived! Should have read the reviews. Nothing like the photo. Gosh the toxic smell of plastic still hasn't gone, it's horrible so strong. Should have listened to my inner self...won't be going there again

Shoes are crap nothing like the picture shoddily made cost me £25 not made properly think they are scammers don’t buy anything off them

Tried to get my money back told can't return them due to covid restrictions will refund 50%of cost and I can keep the shoes. Not good enough why would I want to keep rubbish not fit for wearing

Appalling cheap rubbish. The shoes don't even look like those I ordered! Lesson to self, don't buy online from a company you don't know. I'll donate these to charity. Please don't waste your money.

Shocking product - using toxic materials ...do not ever buy

I dont even want to leave one star. This is the cheapest piece of plastic tatt ever. Their ad talks of supportive soles , tutt absolute tutt. Complete and utter waste of money and totally mis-represented. Please dont buy these.

These shoes are awful the picture advertised is nothing like the shoes I received, they are cheap looking plastic, completely different colour. Having trouble getting a reply to get a refund. Do not buy this rubbish!!!!

I received my blue trainers and they don't look as good as the photo on Facebook and when I put them on they are held together with a tacky bit of velcro that looks like they will come apart at any moment. Why couldn't you have put a buckle on them... Or was that too expensive to do. I do like the style however, but I'm not giving them a very high life span as I feel they'll be flapping around within a couple of months.

Revieved my product today. What a load of crap. Cheap.tacky shoes with fake Tommy Hilfiger sticker on and back to front at that. Now trying to figure out how to send back. Wouldn't use again !!!

Poor product shoes definitely not as described only offered 70% of my money back. At first it was 50%. Scam don't purchase anything, supposedly based in the UK.

Never even received the shoes I ordered from these scammers! Looking at the previous reviews it seems I'm not missing out on much! Just the money I wasted. Don't order from these people.

I ordered a pair of the red shoes. They came but are terrible quality. It says on the website that they have memory insoles, they aren't , just incredibly hard! They are also too big and rub on the sides of the foot.

I purchased a pair of breathable casual shoes. They look & feel so cheap. Nothing like on the sales page. On top of that they are too wide for my feet. I've asked for a refund 3 days ago & still had no reply!

sadly it seems that you have to give a star to continue.I ordered a pair of the breathable sandals which arrived today,never ever have I seen such vile plastic rubbish very badly made and if that's not bad enough pretending to be Tommy Hilfigger,I would urge people NOT to buy anything off these scammers.

Order a pair of casual shoes supposed to provide all sorts if wonderful support etc but the product is absolute rubbish and not as shown on website. Made of plastic. Totally not as advertised. No support, poor quality.
