This company is the BEST company that I’ve probably ever ordered from! They were so patient, I probably requested 10 different sizes, revisions, etc. They were always SO kind and pleasant! The shipping was extremely fast and packaged so well!!! I’m so excited to use this at our event, I’ll update the photo once that happens next month! :) Thank you guys for the best service!!!

Order A sign for my business middle part of June, 3 months later still no product FedEx nor beneonunicorn is willing to except responsibility for the last package, no one can give me an explanation as to why I still have not received my parcel no one knows anything. As a small self owned business hard to swallow losing $500..

The communication from beginning to end was superb. We got the sign much quicker than anticipated. Everyone loves the sign.

Do not waste your time or money with this company. I placed an order August 13th for a custom neon sign and have received NO updates or progress on the product that I ordered. On August 26th, I received an email that my order has been shipped but the email DID NOT contain a tracking number. How do you expect me to track my order without a tracking number? How do you expect me to believe that my order has been fulfilled without any updates that it has been completed? I have tried to contact the store multiple times via chat, phone, email, their messaging system and I have YET to hear a reply. Their policy is that they do not refund any custom made signs, but how can they prove that my order was actually made since I, AGAIN, did not receive any sort of updates about the progress or the finished product. Truly, the worst service I have ever experienced. If I do not receive my refund, I will be taking legal action against this company.

I needed this in a rush! I gave them a date and they got it to me 3 days earlier than the date I needed it by! With only one weeks notice!! Super fast turnaround, quality piece of work and great customer service!!

Horrendous experience. I ordered this item in June and it has still not come and the company has failed to notify me. I have reached out multiple times asking for status updates and they keep telling me 10 days 10 days 10 days and 10 days keep on passing me and there's still no item. They have yet to respond to my latest email sent on August 17th. Horrific experience, I'll never order with them again. I still do that have my item.
