When you review what you are ordering, the description of the item does not really state what you are buying. I was uncomfortable with the lack of clarity of the description of the item being ordered. It took me a long time going back and forth in the pages to ensure I selected the correct item before purchasing because the order summary doesn't tell you specifically what you bought. It just said, "Buy a Day Get a 2nd Day FREE Adult" - but didn't specify "a day" of what and for which location.

My work (Kaiser Permanente) endorses this site for car rentals. This is the 2nd time I have placed a request for a car rental. The first request was declined 24 hours after I placed it- no reason given.

I should have seen the reviews before using beneplace. This company does not care about customer service. Customer service provided by outsourcing to India.
They absolutely refuse to refund my money..
I called the hotel and canceled because of a tornado that occurred where I lived and the hotel told me to call my third party company I used to book my hotel which is BENEPLACE. I called them and they submitted the cancellation request which was done with plenty of time. I received an email 4 days later that they need another 72 hours plus to investigate which was after my schedule booking at the hotel.
It has been almost two months and still no response or refund.
I don't recommend doing any business with these people, or any third party bookers for that matter. It complicates the process and when a problem shows up, suddenly neither the agency nor your hotel are to blame.

I accidentally booked a hotel room at the wrong location. When I contacted your costumer service I was told that I cannot change it to another location. They only possible thing is to submit a request for modification but I would have to pay a penalty of the FULL PRICE. Then they can try and modify it and it is not even guaranteed that it would be changed. Having to pay a penalty of full price and then trying to change my reservation is an outrageous policy. Furthermore, every hotel, airline, ... etc give you a grace period even if you do not have insurance on it, in case the customer made a mistake during the reservation. Not allowing your customers to modify anything on the same day as the booking is a horrible business model. Because of the "penalty" policy and your lack of flexibility, I will never use your services again. I will also let my co-workers know how you treat your customers with your policies and customer service

NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!! I ordered tickets to a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert. I ordered the tickets in December, for a concert in June. I even got the insurance that they offered on the tickets. The tickets cost me close to 350 dollars. The tickets said fast lane pass general admission. When I received the email after the purchase, it said these are not the tickets. It said that I would have to accept the tickets and have them transferred to me through ticket master. I accepted and received my digital tickets saying general admission. When I got to the concert, I was told my tickets were no good. I was sent to the event box office and was told I was the 12th person to buy these FAKE tickets. I tried calling Beneplace and of course their offices were closed on a Friday night. Also, the show was sold out, so I couldn't even buy new ones. Then come Monday, I call to get a refund. They are nice on the phone and tell me I will receive an email about receiving my refund. I then get an email saying the tickets were not for the concert, were a final sale, and that my complaint is now closed. I couldn't even reply to the email. I then call and start the request all over, asking to talk to a supervisor explaining the situation and how I even bought insurance. Again, nice on the phone, and say something must be wrong, and that I will receive an email in about a week after they had time to do a full investigation. Not an hour later I get another email saying it was a final sale and it issue was closed. Again, couldn't even respond to the email. I went to the better business burrow and wrote a complaint; they sent the same generic answer to them saying I got what I purchased. Funny how they could never explain what it was that I purchased, only tell that its wasn't tickets for the concert. I urge you to never use these scam artists. They don't even have the decency to allow you to ask questions after stealing your money, just an email saying too bad case is closed.
Update: As you can see, Beneplace replied below. Funny how the event staff and event box office didn't know what these "tickets" were for. And notice how in their response, they did not explain what these tickets were for either?
Also, they dont explain what the insurance on the tickets i purchased was for. Cause for some insane reason, it didn't provide insurance for the tickets I bought!
Not to mention only allowing me to talk to an operator to take my info, and then sending a email that I couldn't even reply to. Then again, from how beneplace seems to run, why would their customer support actually offer support.

Reserved a rental car near ft lauderdale airport for pickup around 1:30. flight was a bit late getting in. arrived at 3:30 and were told there was a $2000 deposit required UNLESS WE UPGRADE TO A RENTAL THAT WAS 3 TIMES THE COST. reluctantly we scanned 2 credit cards for the $2000 deposit. both were declined. called both credit card companies to find out why and neither card had a record of an attempted and declined transaction. it was then that the rental company told us they had cancelled our rental but now they refuse to refund our money stating we weren't there on time. they had our reservation when they attempted their BAIT AND SWITCH. i bet they do this to everyone, in fact there was another customer in the office at the same time that they pulled this crap with too.
Edited to respond to their bullshart response: they were given 2 credit cards with sufficient credit limits. The credit card companies both told us that they never actually ran our cards because the credit card companies had no record of a declined transaction from them. These people lie and they're committing fraud. Run from them or they'll steal your money too.
Beneplace: if you feel my statement is libelous, feel free to file suit against me but the truth is a valid defense.

The process was super easy and I was able to link my park tickets to my reservation within 5 mins after purchasing. The value was great. I was able get a 2 day pass for less than a 2 day pass on Disney's website.

Worst place ever!!! Booked a multi trip flight and got confirmed on 1 of the flights. Called them Argued with supporttripplanet.com for 3 hrs and they were going to charge me $200+ more when i can just book through delta itself and save $200. They said i didn't book a flight to my destination but i did book a flight from. Sooo why would i book 1 flight from when i chosed multi trip!!?? They dont care to listen to you, they just want your money. It says its supposed to save you 20% on flights but youre actually not saving. They just jacking up the price for you to pay a lot more. You're better off booking flights through the actual airlines instead of dealing with beneplace and supporttripplanet.

Horrible experience, pricing is not much different from any site like booking.com. No where I noticed everything is priced in USD, while I was booking from Canada in Canada. Very misleading!! I was shocked to see the charge on my credit card at the end. I tired to looking up for a condition that says 'prices are in USD', I still don't find it. Even before payment it shows only USD pricing.
