Very disappointing experience with this management agency. I would not recommend them to tenants or landlords.
They have repeatedly failed to deal with matters properly, and communication is extremely frustrating. I have found some staff to be rude, dismissive and unprofessional, and I often feel that tenants’ concerns are not listened to or taken seriously.
I had issues with them several years ago regarding the bins, which eventually had to be escalated before being dealt with. Unfortunately, my more recent experiences have been very similar, and it feels like nothing has changed.
I have also felt that I have been treated disrespectfully and unfairly as a tenant. Tenants deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, which has not been my experience.
Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this agency for renting or property management.

This company mange the residential leases of my commercial property I have had no funds from them for ground rent for over 2 years been chasing them for over a year got reply from Sally drake to say she was looking into it.in may 2025 still nothing. I wouldn't go any where near these people

This company is management style is not acceptable. Residents are not being informed about planned works and consulted how money are being spend. Recenty the company decided to cut a number of healthy matured trees in communal garden area during nesting season !. Disgrace

Poor management company, waited for 10 months to fix a hole in a wall after emergency plumbing issue; cut down trees in common garden area without asking flats' owners permission, without a single note just because someone decided the trees were responsible for damp in some flats (not true!), fixing issues with rubbish bins area was apparently too expensive but unnecessary cutting down trees was not!

A very sad day for the beautiful greenery in St Albans.. Today, healthy, beautiful trees were allowed to be cut down in an area that is privately owned (gardens of shareholders). Our beautiful Cedarcourt on Hatfildroad, unfortunately managed by Benjaminstevens ltd, was disfigured for an unknown reason and, most importantly, without any information for shareholders and without their consent. Do you think it is allowed to cut down healthy, beautiful trees that provide protection for birds and insects in the middle of summer?
