Brilliant got exactly what I wanted delivered within a couple days

ordered a tracksuit saying i collected it when i never didn’t receive any refund or compensation

I bought a "wool" hoodie zip jacket in 2025 January £90full price they then dropped to £40 in the sale a few weeks later devaluing the jacket, not only that I've only worn the jacket a few time it's now the beginning of March 2025 so within a months time the elbows of the jacket are almost worn out to nothing i could not believe my eyes, the quality is trash I won't even bother buying anything from benjart again. The brands quickly snowballing down hill so I'm staying away for good, im out, benjart 🫵 your fierd from my wardrobe.

Ive been buying from Benjart way before it is the brand it is today and I have never been disappointed by the service or the quality received.
Refunds were speedy regardless of it being sale/non-sale goods

Now things have changed, I bought a number of items in the sale, in 2 different sizes (L/XL) as I wasn't sure what size I require, totalling £246.
I received the goods quickly, packaged well, quality good, kept what I required (half the order) and sent the rest back.

I receive an email saying that they can't refund me my money because the items are in the sale but can be given store credit or exchange.
As a longtime customer of Benjart this has never been the case but it seems they have changed their Sales Items Returns policy which doesn't help anyone who needs to buy in order to try on goods due to nuances in sizes, body size/shape etc.

Customer service refused to come to a resolution and would only settle for the offer of store credit or an exchange (both of which I don't require).

Benjart as a company need to review and reverse this policy as it will leave people in a financial quandary as it has me. If you are not going to do this then at least make it CLEAR on the site or during the checkout process that this is the situation regarding sales goods and if the customer is happy to proceed.

This policy will impact many a customer who love the brand.

Cheap terrible clothing have brand new shorts I bought a year go !

Terrible customer service put my coat in the wash as the instructions said and the coat ripped. Even spoke to customer service didn't want to know and tried making it out as if im stupid that i couldn't follow simple instructions.

Shipping fees to Brent, London ? On a £200 pound jacket 🙁 I took 1 star of because of shipping fees .but 10/10 for your clothes .will b buying more in the future

This brand is brilliant, I hadn’t heard of them before but liked the style, bought a hoodie it came within 2 days, great quality, lovely colour, great packaging- will definitely be buying more

I have had nothing short of excellent service from Benjart and have purchased from them on numerous occasions.
Firstly their products are high quality, I love the brand, the logo is everything and the packaging is great! This is why I keep coming back for more!
I have been surprised and impressed by how quick delivery is from the point of purchase which I often speak about when telling anyone about Benjart.

I recently had an issue with my delivery from DPD which i was pretty frustrated at because my order got sent back. Benjart responded to my email within 24hrs of my email with a solution and were apologetic despite it not being their fault. A huge thank you to John in the customer service department for your recent help!

I am very surprised at the low rating and poor reviews I have read as my family have been purchasing from Benjart for a couple of years and we love our pieces.

I have never had an issue with quality, delivery and most recently customer service which is what drove me to write a review on the brand. I look forward to future purchases with Benjart as they are one of my most trusted brands.

Brought brand new jacket and jumper and it already wearing out despite only wearing it a few times. The brand logo on jumper is peeling off, haven’t even washed it yet

Sloppy communication, order was confirmed for 8 days and I had to beg for tracking information. I had to pay a large sum of tax on the same day the item was meant to be delivered which meant it will take extra few days from time of paying tax. This made it less desirable to purchase anything. Overall takes around two weeks to get a tracksuit shipped basically next door.

Very bad service as it has been a week since my purchase and order has not been sent out for delivery when i contact them no reply

This company is clearly runned by some unprofessional thugs that hold onto people money and avoid to communicate with customers as long as they can fix up otherwise your company won't get far in life very nasty company in my own eyes

If I could have put no starts, I would have. Black Friday deals with my sons and they wanted Benjart. Me being the good father buys them over 3 bills worth of clothes. I haven’t received the items and benjart hasn't re sent the clothes or refunded my money. I wouldn’t treat a dog the way I have by this so called business. Oh yh, this was in November lol. These punks have got me chasing them for my stuff like some beggar. Sent over 20 emails and this company ain’t even got a call centre. I don’t even want the clothes anymore I’m just going to on every site telling consumers of my experience and hope know-one spends anymore money with you. You disgusting fake company.

I have still not received my order and I've spent over £5000 with you last year and all you've offered me is a rubbish 20% I'm very unsatisfied with this service. First of all I've had to pre order and then this now. ALSO I BOUGHT A Mystery BOX FEW MONTHS AGO AND RECEIVE 2 ITEMS SMALL AND ONE ITEM XL this mistake was never rectified. Do I need to go back to buying from Trapstar and Manier de Voir only because I'm not feeling valued as a customer ! Also I'm starting to get very aggregated as everytime I buy something I want to know it's limited but you always release jackets I buy and make it cheaper for everyone to get it two months after that is not good for the value I'm paying for. Example I bought the blue camo jacket 2 years ago and I paid 180 it was hard for me to afford that but yet this past year you've released it half price not once or twice but 3-4-5 times. Stop de-evaluate what I'm buying this is making what I buy off you cheap later down the line!!! Very disappointed by your service this year this might of been my last purchase 😔

Not a higher end designer. I ordered a tracksuit and the same night noticed the seams threading everywhere, looked over the garments closely and realised the logo was pissed. Not good enough. IF YOU GO ON THE SITE AND LOOK AT HALF THE LOGOS WRITTEN BENJART YOU'LL SEE THEY'RE ALL OFFSET SPACES ARE UNEVEN BETWEEN THE LETTERS. ATLEAST GET THE LOGO ON THE CENTRE OF THE JUMPER TO LINE UP WITH THE COLLAR. SHOCKING STANDARDS IM SHOCKED THEY HAVE BLEW UP LIKE THEY HAVE. WONT LAST LONG PEOPLE WILL GET FED UP WITH IT IN THE END

Amazing customer service ordered a duffel bag but due to a fault on DPDs side my parcel was delivered to the wrong address contacted benjart and they sent me out another one right away.

Great brand and have loads of clothes from the company n good to see the customer service is as good as the product quality

Unprofessional customer service from jay, also make sure you check the clothes you order because they will most likely have ink all over them which is lovely.
