Ben Lomond Gin Reviews 

This was a present for my niece and I wanted something she loved but also a memory of her 40th birthday. The gin was a perfect choice with the engraving on the bottle. She was absolutely over the moon with it.

However, the bottle arrived without the inscription I had specified. Very disappointing.

I am a big gin drinker - my wife bought me a Ben Lomond Gin with Glass from Waitrose as a Christmas gift. The best flavour of any Gin I have ever had.

Very poor customer service. I needed to get in contact with the customer service team and I received no response. I contacted the team via email and instagram messenger. I tried to comment on a post and this wasn’t allowed. My question was never answered and I still don’t know when my order will arrive. Very disappointing when express delivered was selected at the checkout.
I certainly will not be ordering from the website again.

Delivery was next day which was excellent. Packaging and product were excellent. And I’m assured that the Gin was delicious.

The valentine message inscribed bottle was a great idea and much appreciated by my valentine. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the inscribing though -- it looked very impressive in the picture but in reality it was quite difficult to read (it didn't stand out against the pink liquid very well).

Quality of the gin itself and speed of service great as usual.

I ordered two engraved bottles of gin. The order arrived quickly, the etching was very good and as the bottles were wrapped and boxed it made gifting very simple. The only problem was that the bottles had different messages and there was no indication which bottle was which so I had to open one to confirm!
