They are a Chinese import company. It’s all a front being a family run firm in Kensington.
My order took 14 days with numerous emails from various sources saying track order but then Safari said unsafe site.
The quality of the shoe is poor. I asked for a refund as they were far too big but was told “we can confirm that the product supplied matches the item originally ordered”Regarding your request for a refund and return, please note that as previously advised, the item was purchased under a discounted promotional offer and is classified as final sale in accordance with the terms agreed at checkout. For this reason, we are unable to approve a refund or provide return instructions or a UK return label.
In their website policy returns admits garments are from Asia “Approved returns should be sent to our central warehouse in Asia”

DREADFUL! If I could leave one star I would. This is a con company, not based in London not even the U.K. Its a Chinese con. The shirt I bought was described as an elegant Linen Summer blouse. It was polyester. They trade under several names Ella and Nora being another. On the website it states there is a 30 day money back guarantee on any item ,if not satisfied, but they do not honour that. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. SPAM.

Not even worth one - but wasn’t able to give zero
The product I received was awful - a poor representation of what I ordered.
After numerous emails from varying places refusing to honour their quoted terms and conditions I passed on to my credit card company who swiftly obtained a refund. Lesson learned!!!

Only giving 1 star as cannot leave zero. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. Their listing pictures are nothing like the product received and they just won’t entertain a return and refund despite their listings make a thing of 30 day refund availability.

This company is horrendous. Do not buy anything from them. They do not have a family business in London, the stuff comes from China. It’s total rubbish when it arrives and although they offer 30 day returns on all items, that’s a lie and would not refund my very poor quality clothes as they said they were specially reduced items. All items are reduced so that’s a farce. Nothing is like the photos. The material is thin and not what is shown.

Absolute scam, dreadful quality and like others on here say that they will not refund you! Customer Services not helpful at all.

If I could give minus stars I would. Awful experience. Product quality so cheap can tell a child in a foreign sweat shop has made it.Do not get anything from this company ever. They do not give you a refund when asked just fob you off despite sending photo evidence of product, nothing like what was ordered.Disappointed and very angry at being conned.

Products are NOTHING like what the pictures show. Described as COTTON and LINEN and they arrive as cheap polyester like something out of SHEIN !!!

Didn't provide an invoice. Item arrived with delay and was really cheap quality, not linen as advertised but cheap polyester. They refused to provide returns address, flouting consumer law by saying no returns for sale items which is illegal. They're actually a company that regularly uses multiple names -Ella and Nora, etc, that sets up AI generated website and content, and scam people with cheap products. They switch names when they receive too much negative feedback.

Update: I reported this to my bank and successfully had the money refunded.

Completely fake advertising. Agree with the other reviews I’ve read - refund policy a lie. There is no shop. Quality is awful and communication is a waste of time. Please do not buy from this company.

Scammers! No refund policy. Products not as described or quality. AVOID at all costs. I'm complaining to the police fraud dept & trading standards as well as going to my bank. ZERO stars if I could.

As all other reviews say! So angry with myself that I didn’t look into this company before I stupidly went ahead and ordered from them!
Items received totally different to advertised, total crap, and appalling quality!

This is a Chinese scam Ive worked out how to recognise these set ups
You can get compensation from your credit card company, take photos keep all correspondence, I received a refund through Mastercard, avoid all adverts on Facebook in particular

I would give them no stars. Complete rip off. Not as advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS .

Chinese imposter company with shonky products that will look nothing like the AI generated images on their website.

Don’t accept their ‘no refunds’ policy. Pursue a chargeback via your bank who will generally refund you as the goods do not match their description. Provide screen grabs and photos as evidence. Often you can do this in your banking app or their website and will only take a few minutes.

Echo what every one else is saying. Totally misleading that this company is London based. It's not!!! Avoid at all costs.
