Good Customer Service
There was a mix up with Royal Mail delivering my parcel. Bennetts sorted it out for me and showed they genuinely care about providing that service for their customers to maintain their reputation.

Still haven't received my items
Still haven't received my items. Have messaged on email, Facebook and Instagram and have been ignored. Also phoned and no one answers. Really poor customer service. I have now been contacted and updated. Looks like royal mail are inundated with parcels and it may have got lost. Have been promised an update so fingers crossed my little boys item will be here in time
