Efficient ordering process and speedy delivery of additional accessories I ordered

I sent this e-mail in before. I had tried to make it by the store while in London to see products first hand but they were closed over the holiday. Both of the products were smaller than I had hoped and thus much less functional for me. One Barbour coat would fill up the "Weekender" bag and the canvas bag I had selected did not look near as fancy as the price paid for it. Also, my large shoes only fit in shoe cubby of bag by being crammed/bent in. This bag just was not worth the cost. I also ordered the suede briefcase, and while very nice and high quality, it was not big enough to be functional for daily use if you have to carry more than just a few files for work. I also would have preferred for it to have more storage pockets. For the premium prices, just did not check enough boxes

I purchased the tote bag in black leather. I had been looking for a new work bag, but did not want to get something traditional like a briefcase and refuse to use a backpack. The black tote is an expertly crafted all purpose bag that is seeing use both in and outside of work.

I bought the watch holder for my brother in law for a Christmas gift. When I received it I noticed how neatly it was packaged… my wife said do you think we should open it to make sure everything is ok, my response was that I was certain everything would be fine, no need to open. On Christmas Eve the gift was opened, and my brother in-law loved it. We were sitting about 8 feet away
From him, and when he finally got it out of the box we could immediately smell the leather.
Don’t change anything you are doing, make quality job one.
