A fantastic service
We noticed that we had one or two unwanted visitors. I called and spoke to Leah on the Sunday evening she was helpful and very knowledgeable on what we was dealing with. The next day Ben turned up with a happy manner and a helpful attitude to sort out the situation. He came back to check up to make sure all the guests had left . I would completely recommend this team for a quick and professional service.

Had a problem earlier this year with seagulls nesting behind chimney.
Ben explained that by law he couldn't disturb a nest containing eggs and he came back during the past few months waiting until the chick's had flown away.
The roof has now been bird proofed and I haven't had a problem since.

The team was Super friendly and kept in touch throughout the whole treatment! We had treatment done for some unwanted friends we unknowingly took home from holiday! Very quick response and thorough with the treatment and what we had to do ourselves 🙂 would recommend to anyone!

I had used Ben in the past for removal of squirrels in the loft. Excellent service, so I didn't hesitate to contact him again to help my mother with her wasps. Ben and Leah are very friendly and professional. They answered all my texts promptly and arranged suitable quick appointments. I had a text to say he was 30mins away, that in itself is a great service.
Ben explained exactly the next steps. Wouldn't hesitate to use his expertise again. Thanks.

I can't recommend Ben enough, he was so helpful in treatment of rats in my home - my worst nightmare! Incredibly thorough in his investigation, really helpful and responsive all the time, going above and beyond. I hope I don't have any other issues (!), but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Ben again. 5 stars!

was recommended Bens Bugs….could hear scratching at night and found droppings, Ben can round and found the problem….rats..a waste pipe had dropped underground enabling them to go under the floor boards and into the house. Ben fixed the problem and rats now gone. Ben was prompt and professional and kept in contact whilst monitoring the situation, would highly recommend

Ben came the same day and was so reassuring and professional. I felt I’d gone 10 rounds with a cheeky mouse I had aptly named Tyson. Ben not only prevented Tyson from insisting on a re-match, he went above and beyond to make sure I remained uncontended by securing the building from all comers.
