Purchased a few things for my husband’s birthday. The jogging bottoms were too big so i asked to return them with the plan to buy some more in a smaller size. I used the return label provided that i had to pay for. They have received the item back but i still have not received a refund and no response to me email i sent 4 days ago from customer services. The same time i had purchased some items off superdry. One of them i had to also return, sent on the same day as the ben sherman order.The superdry one I didn’t have to pay to return it, they have received it, given me my refund and i have also received my order that i then did for a different size. I will be sticking to superdry from now on.
Don’t buy from them!
Ordered a shirt online with a deliver of 3-7 working days. When the shirt didn’t arrive after two weeks, I contacted them by email. The product is out of stock! Beware, they are happy to take your money for an item they do not have!!!
Worst customer service
I would like to add the everybody else's experience to say to confirm that this is the worst possible online retailer in the UK. They overcharged six times the amount for one order and despite repeated contacts and emails they completely ignored my request for customer assistance. I explained to them that the amount they took will leave me in great difficulty paying my upcoming direct debits but they could not care less. The only option I have now is to ask my bank to do a charge back for me to get my refund! I will never ever buy from Ben Sherman again!
Returns process is a joke
Returns process is a joke. They don’t automatically refund your money until you make contact with them. Once you’ve made contact they keep asking you the same questions over and over again. I’ve supplied them with the tracking number 4 x times and the details of the items returned 3 x times. I’m on my 8th email to them and still waiting for my refund. They email back every other day to ask another question despite all the information being supplied in the very first email. As others have said in other reviews, know your size because you’ll have little success with their support team.

I really like the Ben sherman mens clothing but I find there pricing and discounts just don't add up,one day I put items in my basket the following day the same discount was advertised but the items in my basket had gone up considerably and not for the first time.
Warranty is a joke!
I've ordered luggage. One if the wheels broke off the large luggage. The wheel didn't break, the whole think broke off the suitcase, leaving a hole. I've been waiting since July, 2024 for them to replace the suitcase under their warranty. You can't call and speak to anyone and nothing is being done about my claim. Bottom line - don't purchase their products.

Just been into New Ben Sherman store at Springfields Spalding.
I was the only customer in the shop,browsed for a number of minutes and passed all staff,3 in total and not once was I acknowledged or even looked at.
From what I could hear from there converstion they were complaining about another customer not being very nice.....I'm not surprised and will not be going back.

Good product but customer service not replying and no option to phone or complain. I returned a wrongly sized t shirt and reordered so they’ve had 2x my money. They won’t respond or refund despite an earlier email promising refund within 3-5 days.
Proceed with caution unless you know your size for definite as their return/customer service is appalling.
Shocking quality,worn twice and i have a hole appeared in the front of it!
Let a review on here for Ben Sherman purchased a polo shirt August 14th and the delivery was not within 48 hours as stated and now it has a hole in the front of it and i have only worn it twice.Had Super Dry,Barbour,Ted Baker polo shirts all before and i have never in 35 years had a hole in the front of my polo shirt appear and some have lasted me 12 months plus.Never again Ben Sherman as the quality just isnt there.From Damon Moffatt.Order Number: BS295304.
Product quality is terrible
Product quality is terrible. Material in the last Harrington jacket I bought was shocking, worn through in a few months with brownish patches showing through. This was to replace another one that looked awful after about a dozen wears. On both these garments and on a cardigan the zips were really cheap and kept jamming.
Material on shirts was thin and again terrible quality.
This used to be a great brand with excellent quality products. Sad to see how bad they are now.

I buy, you make things extremely easy for me to send back it's as simple as that if not I've got a big problem. Worst customer service. Order was damaged in transit. They don’t answer customer service line or answer emails. Go elsewhere.
Worst customer service, take your money and don't send out the order.
I have to give them one star, but they don't deserve even that. Worst customer service l have ever experienced, they don't answer their emails and their customer service number is fake, it doesn't work. They take payment but don't send the goods, buy from anywhere else.
Refund delay
Received wrong item due to their mistake. Sent item back. Takes so long to get a refund sorted. Considering it was their error. They've confirmed they have had it back but now have to wait even longer for them to process it.
Had much better experiences with other retailers.

Slippers brand new were defective and…
Slippers brand new were defective and Since it was a Final sale item they would not take them back.. CHEAP QUALITY AT A PREMIUM PRICE! Sunglasses were missing from my order as well. I used to Love the brand Ben Sherman, but now they've cut corners and use cheap materials, and kept the prices the same, if not more. Customer Service is HORRIBLE!! Buyer's Beware!
