Responsive customer service and trusted sellerGood customer service in any company takes the business to the next level. I am so glad to receive adequate information about everything whenever needed. I purchased from Benshop website because of the price factor. Needless to say they served me nicely. Viewing all the aspects, I would shop from them again in the future and would recommend to the readers.

Ordered 11/09/2019 until 19/09/2019 any info about shipment.
Paypal claim opened.
They dont communicate.
Be carefull and dont buy anything from this store.

All good. Shorter delay in the delivery caused by unpredicted occurancies, but the item was delivered as agreed.

So here is why i'm giving Benshop a poor review.
Let's start by saying the prices are good.. now let's get onto the negatives.
1. Items show in stock, they are definitely not in stock at all and this is what initially pulled me in to make the sale. When you place your order they claim 1-2 days handling time and then deliver in the UK by Royal Mail. This is not what's actually going on at all. Benshop, after recieving your order will then get your item from somewhere well outside the UK, probably China? This is why your order is going to have a 10 day estimate on delivery from purchase date. What compounds the deception for me, is that they send you a 'shipped' email with a Royal Mail tracking number. Now, when youre paying £10 for delivery from Royal Mail on somthing the size and weight of a watch box, you would expect your £10 to get you the item at absolute most within 2 days, but of course the tracking number doesnt work for days and days, why is that you ask? Becuase Royal mail will handle it and the tracking number will work ONLY when its finally inside the UK. 5 Days have passed since my tracking number and shipping notification email from BenShop and neither the tracking number works, nor the item has arrived. So where my gripe with Benshop resides is the utter dishonity of what they are doing. Nowhere on the website can i easily find this information of the real shipping and stock process, and showing 'in stock' is just an absolute and outright lie! When you order it, they order it, it will arrive eventually, and eventually Royal Mail will handle it, but as of now im 5 days into my shipped date with no working tracking and no item. NOT COOL!
One Final note, i did use the quick chat on their website where i was told the tracking would 'eventually' start working. When i questioned what service of Royal Mail i was getting for £10 ie, Special delivery, 48hr, 24hr the reply i had was "hold on i will check" followed by complete silence and despite messaging again i never heard back. I think that says it all..
Benshop, stop being dishonest about holding stock, and stop being dishonest about your shipping! If you were honest about both i wouldn't have a problem.
I will update this when i finally (hopefully) receive my watch, and if Benshop bother to update me instead of hiding when i ask questions they dont want to answer. I used PAyPal for safety and at least i can open a dispute if needed. Stay tuned...

I ordered a Citizen watch, which costs £ 835.I had some worries at first, but then quickly dissipated after I got the watch.
Delivery was a bit slower than I expected, but I got a genuine watch at a very good price and I'm very happy with the purchase.

Got a Seiko Mini Turtle from Benshop (the harder to get Japan made model).

Liked I could pay through PayPal for extra security.

Watch came within a day or two of the estimated delivery time and all was good!

Great PRICES, original WATCHES, shipping time is a little slow but this is not a problem for me.

I met Benshop almost at random, looking for a particular watch. Price was excellent and payment through PayPal adds an extra of confidence. Communication and shipping were first Class. Delivery was perfect. Fully recommended!

Found limited edition watch on a discounted price
On the recommendation of my friend I went through the website to search GWR-B1000-X watch that was a limited edition model. Note that the watch was selling on high price on the other store. The price was already an attractive deal on benshop. Best of all I got a discount coupon of £25 that was just frosting on this great deal. Loved my gravitymaster. Highly recommended seller

I recently purchased a 'Canon' camera lens from this shop. I am more than happy that I found benshop online shop. Not only they heard me out carefully prior placing order but also fixed my technical issue in no time. Further 5 Pound off was given upon asking. I would give 10/10 to the responsive and great customer support. They are selling genuine products on unbeatable price which you would not find anywhere else. I would love to have business with them again.

Be careful ordering from this company. In today's online consumer market you would expect advertised items to be in stock. I ordered a watch for a birthday present only to be told 5 days, 2 emails and a chatroom chat (that gives you no answers) later that they could not get the item in stock. Reading between the lines and the length of time the expect you to wait for your items, I suspect they buy their stock in from 3rd parties AFTER you have ordered and paid for them. It's no way to run an online business, especially as they don't state before ordering that the items could take weeks to arrive, and especially seeing as they charge you £10 for delivery. To be fair they refunded me without quibble and I managed to order the same watch cheaper elsewhere.
I won't be ordering off them again! Get your act together Benshop, and be more upfront on your website!

I ordered a watch as a birthday gift for a fellow collector from benshop, but unfortunately it was dispatched a little late and did not arrive in time so I had to get an alternative watch from elsewhere.
after contacting benshop they asked me to send the watch back and supplied full details how to do so, after receiving the watch back my refund was promptly dealt with.
I have nothing but praise for the Customer service and the prices are very reasonable.
my only gripe would be obviously they need to speed up despatch times...
But as a watch collector i will use benshop in the near future

I usually do not consider writing reviews for online sellers. This is my first opportunity to write a post on benshop.co.uk after receiving 4 amazing purchases and services as well. I liked the kind of professionalism they possess. Customer help desk is very cooperative and friendly. I bet they deserve more attention of the buyers. I am more than happy buying from this site again.

My favorite destination to buy branded watches. The kind of service they provide is up to the mark. Bought a limited stock watch in 25% off. That is too much to save on a Limited Edition watch. I would suggest this site to my friends

I bought a watch but had to return it due to personal reasons. I got back the full refund in a very timely manner, so quite happy. I hope to do more shopping at benshop in the future.

More often than not, I have observed that the price of the items on Benshop is far better than other online store. It is quite a good experience for me on Benshop, as I receive better deals, discount and offers on branded watches, camera and lenses. Courtesy to all that I have been a regular customer on this site.

After a very bad experience with buying at horloge-planet.nl, I have ordered the goods at benshop.co.uk with great distrust. There was communication about the cost of transport to the chat. E-mail sent a coupon for a discount. There was an order, payment, order confirmation. Promised shipment of goods within three days and delivery to my address within 24 hours of shipment !!! We communicated with each other on a continuous basis, I got an adequate answer to each question, including answers to my concern about the reality of the deal. I would like to thank you for your services and the deal and make sure the shop is genuine.
