Shocking company, been trying to get my money back since the start of November and the only response I get is that my order is out for delivery. Don’t waste your money with this company.

This is a terrible company
Ordered some gift items since start of December.
I was never informed it was dispatched nor provided with a tracking number.
I have been chasing this company for my order for weeks and suddenly today I was informed that it has been delivered.
Their only support is for me to contact “royal mail”

If you love your money and peace of mind
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

This will teach me for not reading reviews of new companies before purchasing!

They claim my order has been delivered, which it has not, and the extent of support from “customer services” was to contact Royal Mail. They then had the nerve to send me a request to leave a review!

Avoid at all costs!

Brought a circle braclet where picture is inside the circle. One it arrived later then it originally said. Said it would arrive by christmas considering I ordered it 2 weeks before christmas but it turned up on thr 27th Dec. Also I've been emailing someone from the company about the poor quality of the item. My image is crystal clear as its a professional one taken by a photographer at our wedding but in the circle it is half blurry. Also the circle is soooo tiny it's hard to see the image. You really have to squint at it to see through. I have been arguing in the emails to and fro about getting a refund as my husband can not enjoy his christmas gift as the quality is poor but because they don't class it as damaged they won't refund me for a item that is poorly made and not my fault.
Bad! It's a shame because it could be a lovely product but it's poorly advertised because it's not as clear as their website makes out. If they had given me a refund for this product considering it's poor quality on their behalf then I wouldn't be writing this review.
Total shame!

Scam of a company.

Checked Christmas delivery page, placed order to arrive with the chain all knotted. Replacement sent within time before Christmas as it was a gift for my husband whos father passed.

Replacement apparently delivered, it was not as someone had stolen from my doorstep! Contacted customer service who are asking me to contact the courier company.

Absolute scam of a company!!

Absolutely shocking, was looking forward to gifting a necklace to a friend who had recently lost her nan. Just a black square on a cheap looking necklace. No amount of heat was making an image show, no response off Bentior as of yet. What an absolute waste of money.

Item was placed in November for Christmas delivery - item was “lost” twice and a replacement was submitted however I have still not received any order and they are not responding to emails.

Said on the website whilst I was processing my order ‘delivery before Christmas’ and it still hasn’t arrived (it’s now Christmas Eve). If you cannot deliver, do not commit !! If I had known I would not have bothered and would’ve bought a gift from a different site ! Now I have the embarrassment of turning up Christmas Day to my relatives empty handed. Really annoying as I have not at all experienced any issues with personalised gifts from other sites, so don’t be using the personalised gift as an excuse.

Minus 1 would be the correct score. I placed an order in November for christmas ornaments for gifts. They state fast delivery, I did not recieve my order, when I enquired they assured me it was on its way. Provided a tracking number which never changed. This item I am 100% sure was never sent. After a lot of asking I requested a refund ( we will see if it arrives). This company pray on your emotions do not use them

I ordered a Christmas decoration for my dog who passed away this year and the courier has clearly lost it as twice they have given me a delivery window and not even attempted delivery. The courier will only deal with the sender and I have asked them to look into this or send a replacement but they won’t and their customer service responses are shockingly bad. I spent over £25 on this Christmas decoration and I would strongly recommend nobody ever order from them.

I have made an order and its near impossible to get a reponse. I need this for christmas and have been provided a tracking number that just continuously says has sent to royal mail with no other update. I either want a refund or I want my bracelet before christmas!

The item worried in good time. Pretty and quite nice quality. However the viewing window of the photo was much smaller than shown as it as so hard to see the picture. My elderly mother could not see it at all - shame as a photo of my dad that passed in March.

On the whole pretty but struggle to see the pictures so an expensive snowflake.

Do NOT use this website. I ordered a Christmas decoration for my husband at beginning of December it was never shipped. Every time I try to contact them they ignore me saying they are reaching out to their fulfillment team and won't give me a refund. I want my money back which they are refusing to do even though they haven't fulfilled the order. I've made it clear there is zero use for a decoration for my tree arriving in January. My husband lost his mum it was something I wanted to give as a first Christmas memory that is now ruined. Honestly one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Dishonest with disgraceful customer service. I just want a refund for a product that was never shipped to me.

Don't order from this store. The magic necklace is complete garbage. No amount of rubbing is making that picture appear. For the money, I expected better. I wish I had read the reviews first.
I did finally get a refund after 3 times refusing to send them a video of me rubbing the necklace.

Never even received my order and customer service is shocking.
They clearly have no value for their customers, and looking at the other reviews I’m not missing much as everyone saying it’s ‘tat’ and ‘low quality’.

Ordered 20 days before Christmas I've received a tracking number and as far as I know I have to get back up presents for Christmas 👍

Only positive thing I can say is it comes in a cute box! Photo pendant is poorly made it’s basically a sticker! Rub all you like photo takes ages to show plus you’ll wait around a month for delivery. site will also send an email to review but click the link and it takes you to the shop there’s no page for a review no chance of return coz it’s personalised really disappointed

Do not buy from Bentior! It is cheap and total tat that you’d find in a child’s toy vending machine! You can rub until your hearts content but you’ll end up with a sore finger and no precious photo to see. I bought as a gift but would never give this to someone over the age of 5. Honestly don’t waste your money it’s a total scam and when your contact their support they just send you instructions on how to make the photo appear. Takes almost 3 weeks to arrive and when it does come you are met with bitter disappointment. If you’ve got someone from work you dislike in the secret Santa then this is the gift for you! If you’re looking for a gift that you’re looking forward to giving someone then avoid like the plague!

I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with this necklace. It's poor quality, and you have to rub the photo for literally minutes before anything shows (and even then, it doesn't stay visible for long)
Just ordered something else as a gift for my niece as I don't think I'll be giving her this one, despite being unable to return it!

Left frustrated and let down. Customer Service should be able to provide policy of when they will refund/replace an item that doesn't arrive but instead its an infuriating standard response that doesn't fit the question. After many many messages I have got nowhere. I would not recommend ordering - if it goes wrong like it has done with me, it is time consuming and stressful trying to get a response or information.
