Shocking! First bracelet I ordered as a gift came and was lovely. My friend was over the moon. I then bought 3 as gifts but they haven’t shown up. I’ve emailed multiple times but no luck as to getting any information on when they might arrive. Very frustrating as they were gifts for family going home to Australia so IF they ever do show up I’ll have to pay to send them on to Aus now! Customer service is terrible. So disappointed as I’d ordered another bracelet before these went missing so a lot of money spent in total with this company! I’m so upset/annoyed!

I ordered before I checked the ratings on here. I was worried after some of the reviews, however, I didn't need to be! My daughters bracelet arrived and it's lovely, it has a picture of her and her great grandma who sadly died in October. I had ordered for her birthday, but did take slightly longer than expected so it was later, but what 9 year old doesn't live a late birthday present! I would order again, but I'd order it a few weeks before I need it next time!

I ordered a bracelet then realised it wasn't suitable for a male so cancelled within the stated time of 24 hours it was actually within 2 hours of me ordering but they have refused to cancel or refund saying it has already been processed even though I canceled 22 hours before they recommend no response from them atal terrible company with awful customer service they don't care about their customers

After I did not receive my bracelet after 11 days I was a little worried. I then looked at the recent reviews and they weren’t great. I contacted the company to get an update on my order however my bracelet came on the same day. I’ve got to say what they delivered was what they advertised. It took me a little time to see the photo inside but when i figured it out I was pleasantly surprised. A nice keepsake delivered inbetween 7-15 days and there was no need to worry. Don’t expect the wow factor as the picture is very small but if you lower your expectations a little you’ll be pleased with your purchase.

Just rubbish. You can’t see anything unless there is a light behind the braclet and then it’s really hard to see.
The FB profile seems to of deleted a lot of their posts and videos.

I purchased a bracelet with a photo in it one you look through the lens type. This was for my mum in law a photo of her late husband. The photo I sent was very clear the bracelet photo was red and blurry. The company 100 day satisfaction isn’t worth a hoot, unless the bracelet comes broken or a default with the bracelet as their excuse was the photo is fine. Yeah the photo I uploaded was fine the photo in the bracelet was pants. Even after I said I would leave a bad review the company still wouldn’t budge. Unless you send in a photo taken at very long distance don’t expect much back. Bracelet was mediocre. It was just under £25 half price so pleased i didn’t pay full price
