Exceptionally helpful

The team at Bents couldn’t be more helpful, going out of their way to help, even posting an item online so I could purchase from home. Delivery was really simple and straightforward.

We entered Bents miniand…

We entered Bents mini crufts and thought the experience was excellent.
It was a shame the weather was not better but the focus on dogs for the weekend was great. Lots of extra dog stalls and the actual mini crufts was really well planned and a great morning out for us. Well done we will be back next year!

Items arrived very damaged

Whilst shipping was fairly quick, with DPD, the packaging was awful. I ordered a cream tea for two voucher and a set of candles - the order was delivered in a bag, not box, which caused it to be very damaged. The voucher was dented, bent, and slightly ripped in two places. The candle set box was majorly ripped in 3 places and I had to tape it back together so the candles wouldn't fall out. I won't be ordering from Bents again for delivery.

Great people to deal with

I ordered some little clip-on-birds back in January. Bents immediately contacted me to say they were not available but they were hoping to get them in stock.
The little birds arrived today, they are lovely. But that's not the point. I really need to say how pleasant Bents are to deal with, they kept me informed about my order and when I sent an email saying how happy I was they did not press me to leave a review. How refreshing. Top stars and thank-yous!

Hanging Basket

I wanted a certain hanging basket of which there were none on display. The only one available was ready for hanging full of flowers. In asking a member of staff were there any empty ones for sale she quickly used her mobile and contacted someone. Within minutes a young man appeared with one! I couldn't thank them enough as I missed out on buying one last year.
Lovely helpful staff

Easter rabbit ornaments

I ordered 2 Easter rabbits and paid directly by PayPal, therefore, did not see the comments box. Howevervi was disappointed to receive two rabbits of the same design. I did think that I would have received one of each design. When I questioned this I was advised of the drop down box but there was no offer of goodwill to send me the alternative design foc or postage free. In the end I did order another Easter rabbit and ended up paying £19 for something I should have only paid £11.

DPD got the wrong address.

This was not Bents fault but that of the courier, DPD, who didn't bother delivering your order at my home address. He left it at another address with a delivery for them. The lady at that address then had to locate our address and bring our order to us in her car. Very poor service by DPD.

My well being

Great friendly welcoming garden centre superb plant collection, can be a bit pricey you need to save up before you go as some of the items for sale are irresponsible. I did buy some presents for other people and when they knew they came from bents they were more excited. I have been going to bents for over 35yrs and they never fail to excite me on arrival keep up the good work.

I ordered a gift card for my friend’s…

I ordered a gift card for my friend’s birthday and asked for it to be wrapped, however I forgot I’d need to add my own message to the gift card and I emailed Bents, they responded quickly and said they could write the note and post the gift wrapped card onto me. They kept me informed throughout and the card arrived very quickly, I found their service great and I would definitely recommend them.

Satisfaction

Arrived before delivery date very securely packed

Delivered to wrong address

Delivered to wrong address, delivery should have been to my friends address which I had put in delivery address section, however it was delivered to me at the billing address. Item was a gift for a friend who lives a long distance away

Easy & straight forward online purchase

Ordering on line & delivery of garden furniture was very easy & straightforward with delivery of the furniture just over a week later on the allotted day. The delivery men were friendly & helpful. Very happy with my Bents purchase experience.
