Rug is beautiful, excellent quality
The rug is just as in the pictures, its excellent quality, coton and wool, no plastic or artificial fibers!! very fair price, and arrived quickly and in perfect packaging. the only thing I regret is that my dog will certainly stain it in less than 48 hours. but I knew it and I still bought one. Yes I'm that passionate about Benuta. So beautiful!!. thank you for making affordable qood quality!! I chose the biggest one, it's perfect in every sense.

Their return policy is a scam
I bought a rug and had it sent home I realized I wanted the same rug but in a bigger size and the procedure is to return it, to get the refund and buy the bigger one again. However, they charge you tax and shipping costs for 50€!!! In their returning policy it states it’s completely free of charge
