Rugs are fine, but shipping isn't.
I've ordered from here twice. I did end up receiving my first order, but I did have to deal with UPS taking weeks because they kept lying about the recipient not being home when they simply never rang the bell.
The rugs are fine, but they use UPS in Portugal which means the packages will never arrive. Also, customer service doesn't exist here evidently. I contacted them via the form, but I never received a response when I needed them to fix a shipping address issue (even though the address I entered is correct). I also sent a follow up the next day and no response.
Save yourself the time and avoid ordering from here. Instead, I would encourage ordering from Rugvista or Westwing if you're ordering from Portugal; their rugs are much better quality and you don't have to deal with trash shipping services and a non existent customer service.
