Order process was seamless. Delivery was very fast and kept updated at all times.
The equipment a VT Viper multi gym is very high quality and I'm very pleased with it.
There was a slight issue which by ways of communicating via what's app soon got sorted and Benys went out their way to sort out.

I needed additional weights for my V-Fit cable machine (cos I'm THAT hard) so emailed the address in the user manual. A prompt response arrived from Chloe (more on the advantages of Chloes later) advising on parts and prices with direction to phone to order. I phoned and, after a short wait, my call was answered by..... Chloe! Not a well meaning but ultimately useless poor minion in Mumbai but Chloe in actual West Yorkshire in that there actual Great Britain. The UK no less! Who'd have thunk such a state of affairs could still exist in these times wot have gone to hell in a hand cart on fire and covered in poo??? Anyhoo, she told me what I needed, emailed me photos to confirm whilst on the call (which informed me I only needed one component), checked with a colleague to be sure, then told me the cost. £29.99 incl shipping. Not £299.99. £29.99. For weight equipment. And free shipping by a trustworthy courier. Not Herpes. Not Curdle. Actual Parcel Force. Free. To north east Sutherland. Amazing. Two days later it was fitted. I did that bit, not Chloe. She wasn't THAT keen. All this gushing is a mark of how shockingly bad customer service and high prices has made me/us feel. So when an experience like this happens, it's cause for jubilance. I feel like I'm constantly chasing incompetence and stupidity so this is a joy.
Every company needs a Chloe. Chloes are brilliant. Must be the Ancient Greek thing. Incidentally, I'm not actually THAT hard. I'm a jessie with a weights machine but one can dream. My whippet Jeff outdid me on the pec fly yesterday. A tad galling....

This is by far the best customer service I have ever had to deal with. My emails were answered promptly,and efficiently. I had a small issue with a piece of equipment I ordered, but my concern was dealt with, without any problem. Thank you very much to everyone at Benysports, especially Chloe.

Yesterday morning I had the most amazing and delightful experience when dealing with a UK company.

In 2016 we bought a V Fit zrevumbent exercise bike..

We have used it regularly. Through Covid’sLockdown it helped keep us fit and well.

Well due to overuse the Ofometer finally broke down, we tried to find a replacement but it seemed impossible, as the bike itself is in perfect shape, we had no intention of throwing the bike away.

My husband had the idea that we should find who made the bike and contact them.

Dialling their number, I was fully expecting to hear press 1 press 2 or a message stating I could contact them on their website. Nothing like that.

I had a gentleman actually answer the phone, he e asked me what I needed, I told him, he requested the serial number,, after giving it to him, he said he would check and let me know if they had one in stock
as it was not a new item, he felt it might not be available.

I did receive a return call from a young lady working with me, she told me they didn’t have one for our actual bike but something similar.

To my amazement this young lady sent me a photo on WhatsApp to see if it in anyway could fit our bike, and, yes it will fit, so now it’s on order.

I want to say how much of a pleasure it was for me to deal with Beny Sports. They were polite, helpful and nothing I requested was too much trouble.

Terrific help in resurrecting my Artemis 2 AR-1 rower which is ages old. I managed accidentally to order a sensor that fitted a later model, and Chloe quickly posted out an adapter that allowed it to be retro-fitted.
My second spares request from them, and they were just as helpful the first time.

The customer service has been outstanding, although my piece of gym gear is more than 10 years old I have been treated as if I purchased it yesterday. The team [especially Chloe] have gone far and beyond to help and support me...just the best. It should give everyone massive confidence to buy from Beny Sports as they have clearly demonstrated that after service remains top priority...thank you to the whole team.

I can not speak highly enough about this company they gave me first class customer service. I had a couple of small items missing from the kit but no problem Benny spots answered the phone immediately and had the spares to me the next morning no questions asked.
The Multigym we got from them is excellent, very good value for money

I have had nothing but great customer service from this company. I bought a V fit bike last February and after about three months it developed a motional grouching noise. After getting in touch and sending videos of the problem they advised some action to take, which unfortunately didn't rectify the problem, so they came and took the bike and replaced the crank bearing. On black Friday I bought a V-fit Artemis III Deluxe Air Rower having used it only three times I found the tension to be too strong so decided to mess about with it which resulted in braking the rower. I contacted Beny sports and explained what I had done and they said they would rectify the problem or I could swap it for the V-fit Tornado which would suit my needs better, they also assembled it and swapped it over at my place of work. Very impressed and very pleased

I purchased a Tornado Air Rower during lockdown, after reading reviews online. I struggled to assemble the chain and cord underneath so called customer service and spoke to a very helpful lady called Chloe. She helped me complete the assembly over the phone and i have now been using the rower for over a year with no problems what so ever. Very good purchase, does the same job a rower at the gym would. Highly recommended.

I bought a V-Fit Cyclone air rower in October last year to ease myself back into rowing. Admittedly it was at the lower end of available machines (£250) but I did not want to splash out unless I was going to continue rowing.
So from the get go I had problems. Firstly, the rollers on the seat seemed to be out of alignment, giving the sensation of travelling over train tracks when exercising. As I had registered the machine with Bent Sports. To their credit they sent out a new set of wheels almost immediately. However, a couple of weeks later in December the pull strap began to stop retracting which was very off-putting when trying to maintain a stroke rate. Once again I contacted Beny Sports who informed that a retraction spring would not be available till March (in fact it was not available till April). I continued Tu use the machine, albeit at a more leisurely pace. Nevertheless, within a couple of weeks the flywheel started to make a noise like a card stuck in bicycle wheel. Again I contacted Beny Sports, who requested a make a video to prove the problem existed. I sent it but was informed they could not open it. From that point the rower sat in my room unable to be used. I gave up ith Beny Sports and chalked the whole thing down to experience and took the rower to the recycling centre in the middle of April. Then just last week I received an email to informe the retracting spring had arrived. I informed Beny Sports not to bother as I had disposed of the rower as it was useless. In reply I got a " thanks for letting us know", no apology no acknowledgement of poor machine construction.
And to clarify things, the machine was only used three times a week for 25 minutes at a time, and I am 66.

Everything went smoothly the part arrived on time fitted and worked.

I had great service from BENY SPORTS, the item I wanted was out of stock initially, but they let me know when it was back in stock so I placed my order which was delivered super quick. I would definitely recommend this company

Exercise bike manufactured by this company. Broke after six months. They are not interested in trying to help. Customer service shocking.

I ordered a V-fit STG/09-2 gym for my sons birthday, but as usual, left it until the last minute to assemble, at which point I discovered an engineering fault where a pulley hole was missing from an upright. I dropped Beny Sports an email (it was a bank holiday) and received a response first thing the following morning. They apologised and shipped a replacement part without any fuss, and I received the part the following day - given that it was a large metal support I was truly amazed by the speedy response and rapid delivery time. Excellent customer service!

I have ordered several items for my Delta Rower, circa 2001, over the years, starting in 2012 with a cord and exercise monitor and recently new foot straps, all good quality and reasonably priced. Special thanks to Chloe for specific advice and despatch. Would certainly recommend. Many thanks.
