Got a ber assessor from ber.com Andrei…
Got a ber assessor from ber.com Andrei Charniauski..he came to house done a few measurements and took a few pictures..l asked him if he wanted a ladder to check the insulation in attic he replied no need I trust you and I’ll just use a photo from another house we can say it’s from your house he replied…l was throwing back by his response..he didn’t ask for any documents just said probably a E rating and then he sent me a G rating and I told him not to publish it..he said he was vat registered but won’t give a invoice .he was there for about 15 minutes took payment and off he went..I had to get another assessor as I just didn’t think this was right and the other assessor did his job ..done all his checks looked for documentation before he arrived and got a D rating .. Ber.com have done all they can and have responded promptly to my email and given me my deposit back no problem so really the one star is going to the assessor…
