Although quick with cost of BER rating,it does apper to.be scam for the customer point of view.
Everytime some improvement is done to house,you have to have aBER done,and any grant you get towards the improvements,are more costly,because you have ro pay 200-300 for a BER rating.

Streamlined Digital Service and Good Quality Accessors.
Digital workflow encouraged competitive bidding, which started at the high end for my size of house and came down to reasonable price levels. The rated BER accessor I accepted was responsive to communications, actioned the rating timely, and delt seemlessly with my property agent and tenants. He produced a professional product in the cert and advisory report.
