Terrible Customer Service NO Spare Parts
Terrible Customer Service, NO Spare Parts!
I bought 3 Foldable Berg Nexo Scooters. Upon delivery you get two should bolts and a tool to assemble the scooter. Paid R2.4K per item.
I rented them out for 3 weeks, two units came back and shoulder bolts were missing. I shared photos of the bolt, the scooter and the instruction manual.
After numerous times making contact with the supplier in SA I was told that the shoulder bolts are not supplied separately and I must replace the whole unit at R780 per unit. It is almost a third of the price of what I paid for the item.
I will not buy another Berg Product. The is no customer support and spare parts are not available. I had no response from the manufacturer abroad when copied them in on communications.

Amazing bike
Fast delivery, easy to use website and amazing quality bike. It was easy to assemble with all the provided tools and I was blown away by how nice the bike looekd, so much better than in photos. The perfect gift for my sons 2nd birthday. Wicken Toys also played a great part. They responded to my email about the delivery very quickly and reassured me that it would arrive in time.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! The delivery was done only 4 days after my order and they didn’t deliver at home - just dropped at a collection point. After I complained they said I had to wait 10 additional days up to they recover the package. No respect or whatsoever.

Great products and probably the best…
Great products and probably the best I've seen/used. Searched for a suitable trampoline that best suited my kids and also H&S concerns (being a paramedic) BERG go far above to achieve these goals, and yes some may say they are costly/overpriced/not worth it!
Yet they are. My kids love it, and are secure/safe whilst using it - which in return = happy parents..

Shipping time too long
When I purchased a trampoline, there was an announcement at the eshop, "Available - today ordered, tomorrow shipped" and it was partialy the reason why I ordered at your web page. But in reality it took a whole week since receiving a payment to ship the trampoline.

Order not fulfilled by Berg in the UK
I ordered the product over a fortnight ago and it wasn't until I received the invoice and a subsequent order update from Wicken toys that I noticed the toy would be delivered within 12 working days so over 2 weeks. I am expecting this toy early next week but we will see as I have had no update since my order was placed, just requests to review a toy and a service that has not been completed yet.
Past experience with Berg was the toy was delivered quickly and was of good quality (Berg Buddy Go-Kart), which is why I have given it 3 stars and not less.

Great quality
Great quality, Good assembly instruction and Very fast delivery. Kids are already loving it and having the large seize oval trampoline allows for several kids at the same time jumping without crashing into each other.

Well-made sturdy colourful product
Easy to purchase, clear information re delivery via UK stockist, beautiful product, great customer service from the UK stockist when I had difficulty setting the scooter up. All sorted in 5mins by knowledgeable staff. Granddaughter very happy with birthday gift!

Mass confusion on delivery and…
Mass confusion on delivery and communication throughout the order, customer service was friendly but again didn’t keep me posted and subsequently I had to chase down my order and then I in fact had to re order what I was waiting for for over a month originally. Overall poor service on this occasion.
