My friend wasn't at home for the delivery of the flowers but the customer service were quick to respond and reorganise the delivery. The flowers arrived safe and sound and in excellent condition. Congratulations to Bergamotte and the delivery courier.
My friend loved the bouquet 🌸

Ordered €100+ flowers for my mum in France one week in advance. Didn't arrive. Still no response from company 4 days later. Flowers were not left at the house as agreed and she was not called to double check even though I entered her phone number as requested. Why ask for all this data if you're not using it to deliver flowers? Just to have more marketing targets? Sent them a message on IG and emailed them. Nothing.

I normally send flowers to my girlfriend in Saint Maurice
on Valentine's day. This time I have tried to use the Bergamotte website in Paris(which I normally use). I HAVE GIVEN UP! I tried the "one clic" procedure NOTHING! I have tried to up date my card details. NOTHING, and so on and so on. The web site is overloaded
I expected a simple procedure such as
a) PLACE ORDER
b) Required ADDRESS for DELIVERY
c) Credit Card PAYMENT
Instead I got
a) & b) seem to work.
c) Credit details to amend. There was no clear route to Credit card details.
There was too much "clutter" then asked if I wanted to cancel my account. All I wanted was to amend my credit card details and address NOTHING.
I HAVE GIVEN UP!

really nice flowers and bouquet well made but overpriced! I bought a 100€+ bouquet for mothers'day and had to pay for shipping on the top of that.
I will definitly do some researches to find a better deal next time. Shame, as I really like their product of floral arrangment.

Bought twice. Got disappointed twice: both plants died within a few weeks.
First, I ordered a large Ficus Lyrata for 140 Euro (in Germany). Put it in a spot in accordance with light/climate recommendations. Few days later brown spots started to appear. Not long after, it lost all its leaves.
Talked to customer support (fortunately, I documented the decay), and they promptly refunded me with a coupon. From a customer service perspective decent job and a great customer experience.
Few months later I ordered another 140 Euro plant, and exactly the same happened again.
This seems like a quality issue. Plants are most likely under way too much stress from both their upbringing as well as the fulfillment and delivery process.
Anyways, customer support was fine (hence the 2 stars), product was not.
I won't be buying plants online again.

The worst bouquet I have ever ordered. I was excited to order something I thought would be beautiful for my mum.
The flowers were in a terrible condition and the bouquet was expensive.
Never again

Similar experience as the person that wrote below . I live in UK and wanted to have flowers delivered to my sister in France for her birthday. They have a nice website so I thought they seemed quite professional. I ordered online a week before . I left my sisters details in case of any issues but it was a surprise and she had no idea she was getting flowers, she was contacted the day before I believe and changed the delivery date to 2 days later and as they use Chronopost the flowers were left for 2 days most likely somewhere not temperature control and they arrived in a bad shape. I sent them a photo and then they called my sister asking her to send photos and they mentioned if the flowers were damaged they will refund or send a replacement but they sent her a voucher of 10 euros . They shouldn’t have contacted her it’s really embarrassing and I would have rather she didn’t get anything than rotten flowers …I then contacted them again and they said they could issue a voucher for 20 euros and that my issue doesn’t require a refund or new flowers sent to my sister … ridiculous and no customer service. Definitely won’t see me again and I will make sure I tell my story as this is unfair that I spent 50 euros in flowers that arrived out of shape .
I would give this company zero stars if I could. I spent $110 on a flower delivery for a friend in Germany, thinking that Bergamotte would offer a better experience than an international company. The company uses DPD to ship flowers (vs. having them delivered locally), and DPD missed multiple deliveries and delivered the flowers 4 days late. They were completely ruined, and my friend is very annoyed about the missed deliveries which were an inconvenience for her. I feel terrible that it was a bad experience for her, and now Bergamotte refuses to process a refund. They have offered to resend the flowers through DPD, but could not set it up so they would be left by her door if she wasn't home. Given the hassle this has caused for my friend, she declined this option. She advised that I always use FLEUROP for flower delivery in Germany.
I have ordered many times in France for family and friends, and the bouquets are always stunning and gorgeous! Everyone has been impressed so far and the flowers stay fresh LONG! It is one of my favourite brands to deliver flowers in France! If only we could have it in the UK :)
Despite me ordering way in advance and arranging delivery days before Valentine’s Day, they completely failed to deliver and didn’t give me enough time to find another solution. Don’t order unless you are based in France as they don’t have a transportation network across Europe, despite their marketing.
I love the overall experience! We ordered from the Philippines and it’s amazing how you can purchase from their shop anywhere in the world. I highly appreciate the help of Audrey from Customer Service because we had an issue on my end but the recipient was still able to receive it. I already posted a story in my personal account recommending this company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them again. 🥰
Super bouquets bien résistants, et tellement plus simple de commander que sur d’autres sites !
Excellent customer service !!!! Delivery was on time and the bouquet came out to be splendid and exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend to ise their services, great customer service !
I had to order some last minute flowers for my mother in law, and they delivery was right on schedule with a beautiful bouquet. She was ecstatic. The process was very easy, and the quality of the product was amazing. Will definitely be ordering again!
Really unacceptable!
Not only do they not deliver flowers, they do not even warn of a problem.
And the problem, in my case, was to have given a telephone number to the recipient who was not French, but Italian (which, moreover, does not involve any additional cost in the event of a call).
That is ... they did not deliver the flowers because the recipient's number was foreign and could not therefore inform him!
And three days before they assured me the order was correctly delivered (?).
But worse: when I understand what happened, they told me that they can't do anything because it's a courier's problem ... they'll open a complaint.
Incompetent and not interested in the service!
Then they offer the reimbursement ... but who cares about the reimbursement, I wanted the delivery of the flowers! Never again!
