I ordered wool and paid but never received anything (it is now 3 months later). Through creditcardinsurance I could get the money back, but Bergere never responded to mails.

Very slow, unclear delivery
I ordered Goomy 50 in 3 colours - I don't usually use Bergere de France directly, but the Goomy is the best sock yarn I've found by far, lovely to knit, machine wash and wears well, and I've got the colours I could find elsewhere.
Website said 7-10 days delivery, we are now on day 8 and it is now despatched, but still showing as 7-10 days to be delivered, even though delivery is paid for. Not sure whether that means I get it in 2 days or 10! I don't mind paying delivery, esp international, but please be clearer when I can expect my yarn, good job I wasn't gifting it!
