Delivery time

Dear customers, just in case you order from Berglust, expect it to take longer than 3-5 working days. Either the delivery was dropped off correctly, or it took the company longer. Be aware, you might be confronted with lots of emails, and it could go further, you are threatened to pay fees/fines that you are not responsible for. The company does not read the details written in your email, but bounces off their emails with ongoing threats of extra fees to pay. I recommend being mindful of ordering products from Berglust. It appears this company is abroad rather than in Germany.

Do not buy from this shop

They do not send you payment information, then spam you with discounts in your email spam folder, followed by 25eur fines + 15eur per week, also IN YOUR SPAM FOLDER.
They dont give you any information on where you have to pay though.
Do not buy anything on this website! Very stressful.
