Quirky AF and I get sent to BASEL!
I am an avid traveller and I thought you can be the answer to me trying to find even better places.
This was by far the most boring and uninteresting place I've EVER been. Not to mention the hotel was just about OK. And the fact that city is super expensive (no chance to have accounted for it and revealed destination less than 3 weeks before going when I also was asked for full payment due to your direct debit mess up)

That after the meds with payments which had me paying this all in one go... Defying the what le point of joining your services.
Utterly disappointed.
I'm unsubscribing.

Hotel was alot better than expected and the location I stayed in was so easy to get to all the sites. Definitely looking forward to my next one. Glad I signed up.

Location was great, flight times were great, hotel was fantastic. Can’t wait for me next trip. I’m currently isolated with suspected Coronavirus after returning from Italy ..but that can’t be helped...😂

Just returned from my first trip with BRB Travel, it’s has been an amazing experience from start to finish. Easy to set up, great communication in between and a fabulous trip which saved so much time and effort of me booking it myself. Can’t wait for my next reveal! :)

Had a great first trip - was sent to Brussels from Manchester, my local airport. Really good flight times - 11am departure outwards, 21.15 departure back, meaning I had basically 3 full days. Also sent to Brussels main airport, which is a lot more expensive to fly to that Brussels South, so that’s a bonus. Hotel was okay - a hotel next to the EU Commission that’s mostly for business travellers, the photos certainly made it look a little nicer than the room I was allocated, I had a single bed so would rather have had a double but that’s only something minor! Brussels is a great city, really enjoyed it and made the most of it by taking the trip to Antwerp for my last day. I like how once you’ve had the stress of searching for different flight/hotel combinations, you can then spend time looking at the area and the dates you’re going to, if you’re like me you can then look at how you can really maximise the time you’re away for - for me, it was looking at nearby cities to visit too.
Some feedback I would say is that the postcard you get is delivered in a handwritten envelope - it did feel a little amateurish, definitely room for adding more excitement there. There also wasn’t any communications after my trip was revealed a month before...I’m pretty savvy but a few reminders in the week leading up about how to check in would’ve probably be useful, I didn’t hear from them at all until I got back and was sent an email asking for this feedback.
All in all though it’s definitely a great experience, you could definitely go away for cheaper but paying monthly and having the date of your choice is a massive benefit, I’m definitely going to be booking in at least two more!

Loved every minute, had a lovely hotel they were very pleasent and could help me in any way I needed.It was very close to all the things to do and a very easy to work tram service near by aswell. Excellent choice of location 👍😊

Amazing hotel, amazing destination and perfect flight times

Just back from my first break with BRB and it was amazing! Had the best time, Hôtel was lovely, Toulouse was a beautiful place to explore! Can’t wait for my next trip!!!

Very nice commercial hotel, would have been nice a little closer to the action but all round a great break.

The trip was organised really well. The flight times meant I got to have a decent amount of time at my destination. The hotel was also really good. The destination wasn't my favourite though, there wasnt as much to do there as I would have liked and so for a culture trip I sort of expected a bit more from the place but overall the trip was a success and the tips for the bus from the airport to the hotel was helpful to. I do wish i had been made aware of the fact that Brussels is mostly a card only city though and also that there wasnt much English considering it was the capital of europe.

Both me and my partner had the best time. I know it's a service we pay for but thank you. The level of detail was spot on and getting the postcard was really exciting. Cant wait for the next one.

We had amazing trip to Nice and Monaco. We have stayed in luxurious 4*hotel in the centre of Nice with easy access anywhere we wanted to travel <3 TOP

Don't forget museums in mainland Europe don't allow you to take bags or coats into the exhibitions - caught me out
The only thing i would request on a general level is if you could mention the board basis for each trip, would just make things a little clearer.

Communication with the BRB team is always really fast if you have questions. I have taken two trips and both times the accommodation has been a much higher standard than I anticipated.

I have been on two trips with BeRightBack and I am not happy with them. BRB is expensive and it is more stressful to deal with the organisers of the trips than book it myself. I have had 2 trips and both had complications, we were asked to pay more money and I was excessively charged. We were sent to Berlin and Budapest and one might say what wonderful destinations, here is the reasons why BRB is not the Netflix of travel :

1. NO VALUE FOR MONEY For a ski trip that we organised 8 months in advance to allow for cheap tickets, we were asked to pay 120pp extra which diminishes the whole idea of subscription.

2. BeRightBack is EXPENSIVE. Just came back from Barcelona and we paid 350 pounds for 3 people, 4 star hotel for 4 nights in the Gòtic quarter plus flights. With BRB this would have costed us 600 and we would have ended up in Poland or another cheap destination.

3. The administration and staff are rather inept. I have requested a pause to my account and I have been overcharged. I asked for a trip type to be amended and to be locked, they only amended my trip not for the entire group.

To be rather objective I must admit the hotels were always great but we had to pay for breakfast separately which is an inconvenience.

I understand that BRB is a startup but if we were the guinea pigs, we should have been offered at least the trips that we asked for instead of being asked to pay more money on top of the subscription. BRB is not ready ! Great idea ! Awful execution!
